Very long wait time. The app said my order would be ready in 20 minutes, but it actually took 50. I arrived after 20 minutes, and the employee told me it would be ready in 5 more but I ended up waiting another 30 minutes. If the employee had just been honest and said it would take 39 more minutes, I wouldn’t be this upset!

Went there on a Sunday evening. First time ever going to a Wing Stop. Placed my order at 6:06. Got my food at 6:51. This is completely unacceptable. I tried to respectfully to ask if this was normal but before I could even finish my question the person rudely cut me off and went into the kitchen. I got a three piece tender meal. It was $10. The food was just average. My experience was terrible and I will never go there again.

Contrary to most other reviews, I actually had a pretty great experience here at this location of Wings Stop. I was greeted by the staff. The staff definitely seemed a little confused, but that’s no problem at all. I don’t like how others are complaining about the staff being too slow. Maybe they were new and were still learning. People should stop complaining about petty things like that. The manager stepped in to help us with our order. I got their 7 piece tenders. I got Lemon pepper dry rub on some, and Garlic parmesan on the rest of the tenders. It was actually really delicious, and way better than expected. It wasn’t the best wings that I have had in all of Lehigh valley. Any Halal restaurant around here, such as Sizzling Bites and King Wing, definitely use better quality Halal chicken. However, theres wasn’t bad in any way at all. It was super crispy, made fresh to order and full or flavor. I got their ranch sauce to dip. It was also really good. The staff was also friendly to us. She gave us a free complimentary drink. Yeah, the wait was long. I waited for over 20 minutes, but I don’t expect them to serve customers raw chicken, just because they are in a rush. Anyways, I had a great experience, and their food was very delicious.
Edit: I had to reduce their rating because they are ridiculously slow. I guess my first visit was just lucky. I had to wait 45 minutes to get 7 wings.

It is a lie about the time that they are open to. They stopped placing orders at least by 1:40 and did not take our order. In fact they were laughing in the back. Very disappointed.

Do you enjoy high school cafeteria wings and the long drown out anticipation of eating them? Boy is this the place for you. The wings are fine, not great, and the wait times are even not greater.
It takes an hour to get a single order, and then when you finally get them, half the order is cold. I wouldn't really recommend this place, I would recommend you look elsewhere though. It's kind of pricey too, $14 for 10 wings is pretty wild imo.

First off the floor was slippery. The cashiers are more than half slow. Couldnt even figure out simple math to give me the correct change back, they got the order wrong of course. Not only was the order wrong for a simple 10 piece wings no side no drink it took over 30 minuets and the store wasnt even busy the had a total of 4 tickets to work on and mine was the second order placed. Very terrible and should either get employees that know math and have good comprehension skills or just close down this location. Not only did the experience suck the employees attitudes sucked as well! First and last time coming to this location!!
Bought bone in wings and fries, the wings were not cooked all the way, the skin was soft, the fries were loaded with excessive salt, had to remove it once I got home and the chicken needed to be reheated in the air fryer. I like the one in Easton better

First time stepping into a Wingstop, walked up to the counter, studied the menu, studied it some more... no one to take my order. A worker walked out from the back, looked at me like I was there to ruin her day, then she got a soda and walked back to the kitchen(?) Without saying a word. The folks waiting with me all had a chuckle, and then I decided I.had enough of my Wingstop adventure and headed off for somewhere a little more receptive. (Aka anywhere else). Hopefully this was a fluke, But good luck to you Wingstop. Don't go the way of Subway.

Ordered delivery and they forgot my wings I called and they said they can't redeliver it so they said they will give me a refund smh I guess I'm not eating dinner tonight never ordering from there again customer service is terrible

I ordered takeaway for the 3rd time with personal pickup. This is the 3rd time I've had problems with ordering! the waiting time is always longer, the team that works there doesn't know what's going on with the orders... and every time I open it at home, the food is not exactly what I ordered

Food, seems good. Service, ok. Music is little loud. Just wish the order be better sooner, because they were taking forever. Like, +30 minutes, when there is like +2 people in the lobby. I guess they were understaff really hard. 🙃
