The food and beer at Wishful Thinking was SO GOOD we forgot to take a picture before we ate every last bite! No leftovers here!

SUPER clean bathrooms, welcoming bartenders, outdoor picnic table seating. Highly recommend!!!

Fantastic. Well worth a visit!!

This place is awesome.

Classic Pie with vegan mozzarella cheese and Onion was served steaming hot fresh out-of-the-oven and was very good.
Employees were helpful and positive.
Couple suggestions::
More lighting for back room.
Provide seasoning at tables;;
pizzas were very good but could use more seasoning like Garlic and Cayenne Pepper.
Provide Zero Sugar Coke or Pepsi for those trying to avoid sugar.

Excellent beer and non alcoholic kombucha and other beverages. Food , particularly the pizza is a 12/10. Super friendly staff. Nice space.

Great experience! Several seating options between the bar, family style seating in the back room, and outdoor seating. The Detroit style pizza was delicious(!) - had the peach prosciutto, and the white. Gorgeous presentation as well. I had the sour and loved it. We had no problem finding a spot to park on the street. Staff was very friendly!

Went to check out this brewery and it turns out it is my new favorite pizza shop. The beer is great too. Farm to table ingredients, PA grown Malt and the bartender’s T-shirt claimed something like “the one pouring your beer is also the maker”. The only negatives I could see was parking is scarce and the neighborhood is meh. This is easily overcome by the food, fare and foamy headed beers. Do yourself a favor and visit Wishful Thinking.

Awesome atmosphere, beer and especially the pizza! Lively, loud areas with a band. Outside seating available.

Was I tired and hangry after a long motorcycle ride through holiday traffic and intense thunderstorms? Yes.
Was I ready for a cold beer, a warm welcome, and a hot pizza? Yes. And also ready to be properly grateful and appreciative. Wishful thinking.
Instead, I'm writing a two star review after getting a fine beer. Sadly, I couldn't get the bartender's attention again to order a pizza. When I did so, I asked for a second beer (also quite nice), but got charged for a third when I had to remind him that I was still waiting on it.
They corrected the bill in the end. For that I'm grateful. I look forward to dropping in on a different Bethlehem brewery on my return trip.

Good food, pepperoni hot honey buffalo pizza is a must try. Beer was meh, but granted I'm not a fan of beer so i really can't talk in that department, beer enjoying friends love them. on the other hand the Cabernet I also had was great! We did have to wait in line for 20 minutes just to close out tabs, on top of already waiting multiple times. maybe more than 1 person at the bar on a busy night?
