The food was good, although I did not find the menu descriptions to be accurate. I ordered crispy chicken dumplings. There was no flavor profile listed but I assumed pan-fried, Chinese style dumplings. What arrived was a deep fried dough ball filled with Korean bbq chicken. It was good, just not what I expected. The service was terrible. The waitress came to our table immediately, asked if we wanted waters and then immediately disappeared, no specials mentioned or anything. It took 10 minutes for our waters to arrive and another 5 for the waitress to come back. We ordered all at once and from the time we gave our order to the time apps arrived was 20 full minutes. We were done with apps well before our entrees arrived, and then waited even longer to place a dessert order. Every drink we ordered took at least 10 min to get to us. Our waitress, who was standoffish at first and then overly friendly later on, never acknowledged the wait times, never mentioned specials, despite the menu stating “soup of the day,” and did not interact in any meaningful way (“are we celebrating anything tonight?” Etc.) Overall, the food was good but not good enough to make up for the terrible, slow service.

The 4 of us had a few drinks, apps, and entrees. Everything was amazing. Very flavorful and prepared perfectly. Kim was amazing. She really made the night pleasurable by making sure we were well taken care of.

What an amazing experience! We tried the igloo experience, and it was so much fun, and I would highly recommend it! The staff nailed all the challenges of going out of the igloos with ease. Our waitress Emily was super. She was so kind and attentive, made great recommendations, and we couldn't have been more pleased. Being outside but sheltered was so unique and they did everything to keep these igloos warm and cozy for our small group. It also kept noise down for us to enjoy our own little environment but still be enjoy the ambience of dining out. The food was also outstanding. Appetizers, cocktails, and main course with desert all were top notch.

We have dined at zest many times. The server on New Year's Eve was without parallel. The food was delicious as usual. We even had a front row seat for the fireworks over the Lehigh River

We were out as a family celebrating 2 of my Boy's Birthdays. The food was very good and the portions were very generous. We were too full for dessert, however, our server remembered their birthdays and brought out ice cream with whip cream and then was kind to take a group photo. Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing place , food, service from the crew amazing will always go back. They make you feel like you're worth the service and very grateful. Thank you for your amazing hospitality and definitely enjoy the igloo experience even on the coldest and windiest day and it was warm in the igloo and the food did not come out cold even with the crazy weather. Can't wait to have my wedding there !!!
