Zest never disappoints. Hannah was phenomenal. I tried the ribeye burger and it was really good.

First time here with my wife and another couple. We all enjoyed our food. Some dishes creative and well executed. We had two Mahi Mahi dinners. My fish was slightly over cooked and a little dry. Our server, Deanna, was Excellent. The entire staff was: youthful, welcoming and eager to provide excellent seri.

Maybe the best meal I've had with the best service. Would dine here again. We enjoyed our wedding anniversary here for a special meal. Wonderful view too on the patio.

Beautiful day to sit outside at Zest. Server was friendly and quick. Main Food and drinks were great. The brownie dessert wasn't worth the purchase as it was very dry, but otherwise we enjoyed the meal and atmosphere!

Beautiful view and dining experience. Service was good, longer than normal gap between appetizers and main course. Food was fine, not exceptional.

The place has a cool rooftop area to view the city of Bethlehem. Brunch food and drinks are all really good. Our party of 6 has enjoyed it two years in a row while visiting for Musikfest.

This was a tough review. First time here. Initially our outdoor table was met with direct sunlight into the eyes of 2 of the people in our party. They couldn’t even read their menus. Screens would be advisable here. We did move tables and the staff understood. We all had entrees. My friend and I had the butcher cut entrees which was a bone in NY Strip. Sorry but it just was not good. I am not even sure the meat we were served was USDA Choice (which is the minimum you assume you get for $55) let alone prime. It was cooked perfect for sure but so tough and grissly you could easily tell this was not a quality cut of meat you would expect at this price. My asparagus was cooked perfect and I enjoyed that. We got the egg rolls and they were under cooked and mushy. The artisan bread is 6 slices of what appears to be a basic baguette with two types of butter. Bread and butters were good. My entree came with a Caesar salad. It was stellar. Great dressing, great level of dressing. My wife had the salmon and it was way overcooked. It was well done to the core. Personally if I don’t see some cool opaque pink tint in the center of my salmon it is over cooked and not properly served. Do I regret dinner here? Not really. Will I go again? Probably not.

We had my daughter’s baby shower at Zest Bar and Grill and it was absolutely amazing! From start to finish, everything was handled with such care and professionalism. The event manager was incredibly attentive and made sure every detail was just right—so easy to work with and truly on point.

The food was delicious— my guests raved about it! Everything exceeded our expectations. The space was beautiful, the staff was friendly and efficient, and we all had a wonderful time celebrating this special occasion.

Thank you Zest, for making the day so memorable. Highly recommend for anyone planning an event!

Emily was very attentive and provided five star service. Food was delicious and loved that they have an entire GF menu! The cauliflower was amazing! We will be back!

The food is good but not worth the prices they charge. I get it, you're there for the ambiance or the views, but all in all, the food is just the type of quality any other place should be at, it's just sad that most people are cutting corners now, that it makes this place seem outstanding when it's just ok.

Service was ok ! Food was satisfactory, appetizers were good, salad was not fresh for a Caesar Salad, the worst I ever have had, the Zest charges for 4 small pieces of bread ??? Service of dinner, etc was not very timely ! The Zest is rated less than satisfactory, would not return to this supposed Quality dinning experience !!!

Great experience. Our pork chops were the best. Server was very knowledgeable and helpful in making our choices. Dinner with a view was enjoyable. Only complaint was the parking garage was a confusing mess.

We drifted away from Thyme as it has become more noisy and were pleasantly to celebrate a birthday in Bethlehem with upscale food and most important upscale server who was not only patient with us but also educational with her recommendations ( I apologize for not writing down her name (Melinda?). Her service deserves commendation
