The food was exceptional; I would highly recommend it to everyone. Mark was our server, and he provided outstanding service!!

Took a trip there based on reviews. The building is very nice and hostess was pleasant. We ordered a cup of chili and their stacker sandwich. Waitress brought two bottles without any labeling and set them on the table, really no idea what was in them. Then our chili arrived, not my style of chili, this was thin like we were eating vegetable soup. Next the sandwiches arrived with a side of baked beans. I then asked the waitress what were in the bottles? It was Smokehouse sauce and a bottle of ketchup ( I was thinking who puts ketchup on BBQ) the baked beans were good but flavoring of the sandwich fell flat, no spice or pizzaz in the flavor of the meat. So I doused it with Smokehouse sauce and ate it. This comes at a price: sandwich, chili, beans and a drink $40.00 bucks per person. Wish them all the best, the place is just not for me….

Good food, the sandwiches are huge. I do wish they had more BBQ sides… baked beans, Mac n cheese, etc and more BBQ entree options in general. Staff very friendly.

WOW, What An amazing Experience & Great Save to Our weekend! My husband and I do not get to travel much & we're going to go to the Shenandoah Valley to relax... However the advertisements for the food at the " Biggest Smorgasbord in the country" had us intrigued, and looking forward to spending our time here in Lancaster/ Intercourse instead..... We were highly disappointed UNTIL WE CAME INTO Smokehouse this evening!!!! From the Gift store to our Amazing Server, Corey ( She was An Absolute delight) to the Guest Service Manager (Kiera Austin) coming out to check on us and chat for a bit, We Were Thrilled!!! The food was Fabulous, the appetizers ( perogies);, The Smoked Wings, The Ribs/ Pulled Pork Combo with fries & Coleslaw. .... It did Not disappoint!!! The sauces were great & The service and atmosphere were So Absolutely Comforting!!!!! THE ONLY THING WE'D SUGGEST IS GREATER ADVERTISING!!! Put a Billboard up💯, Let folk know This is one of The Greatest Experiences & The Best Smokehouse in Lancaster!!! It was by God's Grace we actually came & We are So Absolutely Blessed we did, we can't wait to come back!!! This is only 1.5 hours from home for us & we're Absolutely looking forward to bringing our Family here!!! Thank You So Much Smokehouse & Corey and Kiera and Crew, we felt at home but with an Exquisite meal and amazingly reasonable prices!!!! We were travelling through Lancaster county on Monday December 2nd. We met relatives at your establishment..Our server was Liz who provided excellent service and was helpful and knowledgeable of the entire menu. Her service and attentiveness was beyond expectations...She is a definite asset to your business..We will be back again and we hope Liz will be our server.....:)

Best bbq around! The corn muffins are to die for 🤤 the most tender brisket & fall off the bone ribs! Don't skip out on the bbq sauce on the table, takes the meal to the next level. Can't wait to go back. Make sure to make a reservation to avoid long wait times.

The food was delicious. The service was terrible. Our server rolled her eyes at us whenever we asked her something. Slammed our drinks on the table making them spill. Got angry when we asked for a minute to look over the menu. Brought the check before we got our food and then got angry when I didn’t have payment ready right away. It’s a shame because we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. Like I said the food was delicious just such poor service.

Delicious smoked brisket and falling off the bone ribs. Homemade sides and the dessert , grilled cinnamon bun with nice cream, was amazing!

Reason for the two stars. The food. Brisket was not cooked properly. Burnt ends were low quality. Pork was just okay. Note: I lived in NC, (Have had good BBQ experiences in TX, SC, KY, TN, NC, VA, WV and may be spoiled a bit from REAL BBQ. The Smokehouse is good for tourists who are not going to know better. The atmosphere is good, service good too.
