Awesome little shop with a friendly staff. I loved the Swedish fish ice with custard.
If I could leave no stars I would. The woman working, Kaylee, was so disrespectful. There was a constant attitude all the way from trying to order til collecting my order and leaving. It’s water ice, I’m not asking you to file paperwork for me. She was so miserable and rude. I haven’t had nearly this much of an issue with literally any of the other workers here… EVER. If I see her on shift, I will not be stopping in. Serious attitude correction needed.
Staff is polite. The portion sizes have shrunk considerably. The prices have not. Mistos used to be available in 18 or 20 oz, now only one size that is about 10 oz. Still over $6.00. We will be finding alternative places for summer ice cream / custard. Don’t know if this is the same for all locations.
This is how pretzels were given to my husband. They were wrapped up in wet napkins and ice cold to the touch. Not warm or even looked like they were half cooked. Very disappointing.

Gwenivere is exceptionally polite and is very knowledgeable in knowing how to properly make every treat they offer. She’s been a familiar face that my family has seen for a few years. We enjoy getting treats from this location and don’t mind waiting in line on busy nights. The product, price, and friendliness are always precise.
Lovely and helpful employees. I was at this location about a week or so ago and received the best service. Gwenivere and Dominick were so helpful in letting me try a few flavors. There are so many to choose from and I wanted something I’ve never had before. I’ll definitely be back soon.

Cayli was the sweetest girl when I went there tonight, she talked me into the pistachio custard! It was so good!
