Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

I had a great experience at Rita’s Water Ice thanks to an outstanding employee named Logan. I was in a rush and needed a large order—something that usually requires 48 hours’ notice. Logan didn’t hesitate for a second. He was more than happy to help, handled everything smoothly, and never once made me feel like I was asking too much. He was polite, friendly, and professional from start to finish. His positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond really stood out. Rita’s is lucky to have someone like Logan on their team!

The best of the best! I would say stick to the water ice, as I didn’t have the best experience with the milkshakes.

$6.44 for a small chocolate custard with fudge syrup is highway robbery. The portion size is a joke just like $1.69 for fudge syrup is a joke. I'll never be going here again. Oh and the worker said the price was, because of a new ower...

Waited in line at 8:25pm and then proceeded to ask for a mudslide concrete to then be told that the machine was down for the night. I then asked if it was possible to make a milkshake and was informed that she would need to take all of the items back out in order to make a milkshake. I felt like I was an inconvenience and unable to be served with plenty of time before the expected closing time. I felt as though it was an inconvenience for me to order something off of the menu and will not be returning to this store.

I was there a little earlier and I’m not one to leave reviews, but felt this was necessary as I have been a witness more than once now. Truly cannot believe some things I was hearing from one employee to the next. There were three people working I believe and the (respectfully) the heavier set girl (same as I saw before) was saying some rude and nasty things to the other female. Seems like a toxic environment… overall very unpleasant experience.

It's good. Not a fan of the brownie bites, but the Sugar free option for the Italian Ice is very appreciated.

Great place to stop on the northern SRT for waterice and refill of ice cold water. The staff was very friendly and attentive. More shade would have been nice..

The website says you’re open until 10 on a Friday. We drove all the way over here from Wyomissing and you’re closed!
