“I took my daughter to her appointment and needed something to eat. I spotted this wonderful place. I went in and ordered the fried shrimp, cheese steak egg rolls, the spring rolls, and the beef pho. “The Good: restaurant is very clean and nice inside. The Bad: The food quality is disappointing. Frequently incorrect orders and sandwiches that are very messy. We have gone on multiple instances but usually have an issue. My son received a grilled cheese that was just a cold cheese slice on bread. Another time my wife received the wrong sandwich (see below) which would have disappointed whoever ordered it. It seems like the quality of Panera in general has dipped overtime, though this one still needs work despite being open nearly a year.

Update November 2024: We dined inside this time. Food, service, and quality were SIGNIFICANTLY better. There seems to be a big difference between dine in and take out/drive thru. Glad to see things improving!“

“Panera doesn't have many vegan options but what is there is quite tasty. I grabbed a Mediterranean salad with hummus, tons of veggies added, a bag of chips, and a nice beverage.

The portion was good, the food was well prepared, the dining experience was enjoyable.

The music wasn't too loud - a good volume to be heard but not so loud that you can't have a conversation.

“I was having a crazy day. On the way to the zoo, my car was hit by a golf ball. At the zoo, I witnessed a crazy tussle between 2 zebras. After that, I needed a break. I needed to feel normal again. I went to Panera. I got my sip club beverage and a suggestion popped up for a $2 bakery item. And I thought, Why yes! I think I will! I got the orange cranberry bread and it was amazing. I may never forget the black and white hoodlums, but I am glad I can relax at Panera.“

“The BBQ sauce and hot sauce taste great. Their general tso/sesame chicken tastes really good, the sauce is better than most spots I've tasted in the reading area, maybe all to be quite honest. Good on them, and they're close by if you live around city park.
Their shrimp in garlic sauce with vegetable fried rise is my go to dish. Plenty of vegetables, the shrimp taste good, the garlic sauce tastes great, and nothing tastes burnt, which was a problem i was having with a few spots around here. If i wanna get chinese food, this is my go to spot. I'll be trying the other dishes like the sweet and sour chicken and spare rib tips to see how they match up with the other spots.

Overall very pleased with the cooking here, will be a customer for quite a while, haha.
