Placed our order and after it was ready I realized I ordered the wrong bowl. Apparently I ordered a Mediterranean bowl instead of a Baja. The manager Brenda not only had them make me a new bowl but wouldn’t charge me the difference and gave me a takeout for the mistaken order my Baja bowl was great as usual as was my husband’s bacon avocado sourdough melt.and my autumn squash soup. True customer service and good food!
I am giving 4 star just to the staff attitude, response, customer handling and generosity. But food quality and delivery not the best. We have ordered food for team where pizza set at the bottom of all the bags and delivered smooshed, to eat that I had to scrap from the box lid and put it back on crust which is no good to eat. I have complaint about it and response was really good ? , I got offered replacement. I went other day they gave me pizza replacement and complimentary...read full review
