Ok in desperation for Caffeine, but often is out of food. Service in the drive through is slow so do not plan to stop if you don’t have time to spare! The staff are friendly and doing their best but this location is one of the worse Dunkin’s I have ever used.

This is an email I sent to corporate. The service here is awful. Long lines inside and out. The doors are locked more than open.I go to the store in Blakeslee PA when we are there at our vacation home about twice a month. For some reason they either are closed during posted open hours or they almost always have the doors locked and make everyone use the drive through. This makes a simple 5-7 min stop turn into 20+ mins with a long line.My young daughter and I make a trip there every time we are at our place. We have been doing this since she was old enough to talk and order on her own. She was about 4 yrs old, she is now 11. This has become a tradition and our thing and is messed up by this lack of proper management. Either we are told they don’t have enough employees or nothing at all. In my opinion they are being lazy and don’t know how to effectively handle drive through, phone orders and walk ins. Seeing there is anywhere from 3-5 employees there sometimes. This is not the type of service I would expect from a national chain. This seemed to have started around COVID but has continued way too long & often even up to this day. It seems it is this way every time we are here and that’s not very much. So it probably way more than it should. The worse part is they seem to let some people in but not others. There is no sign posted with an explanation just locked doors. Customer after customer walks up to the door and pull the handle only to find it locked. Some with small children they have taken out of a car seat or an older person with a cain. They turn in disbelief and frustration only to find the drive through line 20 cars deep is their only option. Some get in that line but many just leave. As I would, if my daughter would not be upset and devastated.I am informing you of this out of concern that no one beyond the manager or maybe the franchise owner may be aware of this. If that is even the case? It just looks bad and makes me not want to go to any DD.FYI, I composed this email while I was waiting in the DT line. With plenty of time to spare…!

I waited in the drive-through line for 36 minutes to pick up an iced tea that I ordered online. All doors were locked, 4 people working inside drive-through only and it took 36 minutes to go through the drive-through lane. I will never be visiting this Dunkin again.

Make great drinks and decent service however, they charge more than what the sign says and claim that there is nothing they can do about it. When asked to speak with a manager, the manager stated the same thing. Very illegal as this is considered false advertisement and they should honor the price without a hassle. Another employee refunded me the difference but not without an attitude! Very disappointed.

I ordered a large iced coffee and a breakfast sandwich, with no egg. Via the mobile app. When I got to the store. One car was a head of me. From the time my order was placed until I got it was over 20 minutes. The coffee tasted burnt. The breakfast sandwich had burnt bacon and a cold piece of unmelted cheese. Absolutely

Stopped here today around 3:30 to get a cup of coffee and a donut. Was told that they're out of donuts. How does Dunkin Donuts run out of donuts? I can understand running out bagels or even croissants, but donuts! It's even in their name... Dunkin Donuts! That's like Burger King running out of burgers. Very sad.

Cashier seemed to have difficulty hearing correctly, or couldn't see clearly and selected the wrong options. When our drinks came out we only recieved 2 of the 3. They informed me that they messed up making the velvet one and the cappichino had no foam. The food was subpar as the hashbrowns were burnt and the bacon on the croissants was undercooked. When I asked about the 3rd drink, it wasnt what I ordered, I said I wanted a toasted white chocolate latte, but I got a caramel craze. Funny enough it was the better coffee of the bunch.

The young blonde gentleman got my order confused at the drive thru when I told him I did not order French vanilla as I NEVER do he proceeded to tell me what I ordered and with an attitude remade my order and continued to tell me I was arguing when I simplyOnly stated can this be remade as my order history will show I only order mocha on my mobile app. The correct action was to simply acknowledge there was a misunderstanding and remake the order without sly remarks. I spend too much on Dunkin for an attitude
