I had an extremely unfortunate experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts, however, after reaching out about it, the regional manager contacted me personally and completely corrected the situation. My experience was what the Dunkin’ brand is all about …..once they made it right. Thank you so much and because of that type of service, I will continue to go back to this location!
