This is an email I sent to corporate. The service here is awful. Long lines inside and out. The doors are locked more than open.I go to the store in Blakeslee PA when we are there at our vacation home about twice a month. For some reason they either are closed during posted open hours or they almost always have the doors locked and make everyone use the drive through. This makes a simple 5-7 min stop turn into 20+ mins with a long line.My young daughter and I make a trip there...read full review
Make great drinks and decent service however, they charge more than what the sign says and claim that there is nothing they can do about it. When asked to speak with a manager, the manager stated the same thing. Very illegal as this is considered false advertisement and they should honor the price without a hassle. Another employee refunded me the difference but not without an attitude! Very disappointed.

Ok in desperation for Caffeine, but often is out of food. Service in the drive through is slow so do not plan to stop if you don’t have time to spare! The staff are friendly and doing their best but this location is one of the worse Dunkin’s I have ever used.
