I will only guess under staffed. ... pull up to window.. nope, seems like adequate staff. Was a very nice place to stop on our drive through PA. The food was all fresh (the fries were especially good), and they had nice vegan/veggie options with the impossible Whopper. They also take Apple Pay at the drive through which is nice.
