I stopped in two days ago, or by rather as it's still take out only at the moment. The staff were very kind and the food was hands down some of the best I've ever had. I've had sushi all across the U.S. and this really is the best. I'll be back for sure!
For a place as remote as Bloomsburg, I was pleasantly surprised by the great quality of sushi at Fuji. I ordered online and the process was seamless. The prices were very reasonable and even more so considering how good the sushi was. The pieces of sashimi were huge! You could tell the fish was fresh and the tuna was very red - much higher quality than the usual sashimi I see. We stopped here an hour before closing time after a long road trip. We were the only diners inside but we had a wonderful experience. We are salmon lovers so we didn't try any other of the fish options, but the different styles of salmon were all delicious. The server was so nice. The platters that the sushi was served on were all beautiful as well. Would highly recommend.
