Roongo's Cafe

I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but my experience at the Starbucks on campus has been consistently frustrating. Today was the last straw. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and a caramel macchiato, and not only did they give me the wrong sandwich, but it was also barely warm. When I brought it to their attention, the staff seemed indifferent and took forever to replace it. By the time I finally got the correct order, my drink was already cold.

The service is rarely quick, that is what I’ve come to know about Roongo’s. You often have to stand at a food station and flag someone down for service. Then they will sometimes dawdle and fumble around. Even paying takes forever because only one register is ever open, even at prime lunch time, and the cashier is somewhere else when you want to pay.Then the food. The food is usually ok. Not the best food but good to grab and go quickly if you get some of the premade food. On campus so it can get crowded between classes
