Horrible service. They gave us menus as we were seated and we sat there for 25mins and never heard from a server nor were we even asked what we would like to drink. We just walked out and on our way out the guy ask what’s wrong. Wait on your tables, don’t ignore them. Go next door to west end ale house they actually wait on you and get your drinks.

In the past 6 weeks I have gone here several times with a group of people. Excellent food and service. So much food that everyone went home with enough food for another meal!! The food was deliciously prepared.
Our waitress did an excellent job taking and delivering our orders. All of our food came out together ( for 16 people)
I would highly recommend eating here.

HORRIBLE management who takes advantage of customers! Charged me $35 for a 20” cauliflower pizza. I asked for the veggie white pizza but wanted it on cauliflower crust instead of regular. Instead of charging a few extra dollars for the crust, like must restaurants do, the manager (owner?) charged me for a gluten free pizza and then added each topping that was listed on the veggie white pizza as “specialty” add-ons. He refused to change the bill when I questioned him about the price. HORRIBLE that he would take advantage and do something like this to line his pockets. He did the same to a friend of mine who ordered a hoagie pizza but wanted it on cauliflower crust.

Horrible experience..first walked in, guy couldn't be bothered in taking my take out order .. seemed so bothered.. ordered an Italian hoagie for takeout with the regular fixings, lot,peppers, got home..had mayo (really, on an Italian hoagie, they should not even offer that) no lot... horrible, plus the guy taking my order was horrible

Ordered the Margarita Pizza and the cheesesteak special on DoorDash. The pizza is huge and delicious. The crust hmmmmmm! The cheesesteak special was special in a weird way. Not authentic but tasted ok. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re craving an authentic cheesesteak. It had a weird sauce that seemed Asian Fusion. That’s how weird it was. The ingredients were all quality.

Food was good, ordered a medium Calzone thinking that the small was a kid size. 16 dollars for a Calzone was a little shocking, until it gets here (after some crazy doordash issues, but that's not the restaurants fault lol) I see a pizza box and thought it was strange but went with it opened it up and this thing is HUGE! Easily could feed an army! I was elbows deep in gooey mozzarella and ricotta. The sauce was great! Could only eat a quarter of it before I couldn't tell me from the cheese.

Normally service and atmosphere are a 5. This trip however was homecoming night and the place was packed. We were a table of 11. And there was an even larger group at the head of out table. The food was a 5/5. Always good! As the whole party was not there yet, we ordered 2 pizzas double cut to act as an appetizer. The pizza arrived much later, 5 minutes before the meals.
Vegetarian options: There are so many non meat dishes to choose from from pizza to pasta to subs.
We came in around 7 on a week night, famished after a long drive. It wasn’t terribly busy, thankfully, so we were seated right away. The pasta was perfectly cooked and portions generous. I would definitely go back when in the area again.
Parking: At night in an unknown town, we had a hard time to find parking and ended up several blocks away in a government lot, hoping for no issues since the office buildings were closed for the evening.

But the service was mediocre to say the least, I could barely understand the man taking my order, he yelled at me when I picked up the wrong menu, and when I told him my order (a slice of pizza) was to go, he threw the slice loose into a paper bag with no gloves.

We got mozzarella sticks and by the time we got our chicken Alfredo and lasagna it had one big slice of cheese and it was all mush it was absolutely disgusting. We are completely sick right now. And we left immediately after taking a few bites The waitress was very nice, but when we got there, there was nobody there no customers there, and the guy was sitting at the table on his computer and about five minutes later he realized we were standing there waiting to be seated
