We started off with some lady named Heather took our order disappeared, brought out our appetizer, which was amazing and then it took about 15 to 20 minutes until our food came out which came out wrong. The girls pizza was ice cold and I ordered a chicken cheesesteak with chicken and cheese and got a steak and cheese and I cannot steak so I was very annoyed and I just said to take it off my bill. Our actual waitress never came over and apologized didn’t say anything to us. We had a new person which was very nice. She took it off the bill for us. She also gave us a $10 discount which they advertised on their ad but as of all the restaurant itself, I would never go back there again. I can make better food at home than they did at the restaurant. My husband got chicken Parmesan and spaghetti and they took like a frozen piece of chicken. Didn’t even put any like thought of doing anything fabulous with it threw a piece of cheese and some sauce on it it was definitely not worth $20 so definitely not a good review for this restaurant. The atmosphere was nice the outside of the building amazing but their staff needs to be worked on and corrected if you’re gonna have a great restaurant like that, you need to have better staffing and you need to have cooks that wanna make an effort into cooking something for people to eat.

Worst inside dining experience ever, my mother and I wanted to give this place another shot after it disappointed us last year and it’s yet again a disappointment. We get sat at a table and our server never even comes back to get our order for food we had to flag down another waitress while like almost 10 minutes of us waiting for her to come back. So we finally get our food ordered and then we don’t even get even our SALADS till 15 minutes later. We tried eating the French dressing and it tasted like straight vinegar. Absolutely disgusting. We are now sitting at our table still waiting for our food and now it’s been about 25 minutes of us waiting and our original waitress STILL has not checked up on us and has been straight up avoiding eye contact with us. We then finally had enough, and asked to talk to the owner and ofc he was not there today, so we got stuck talking to the owners son. Mateo. He just sits there while my mother is complaining and telling him about everything that had happened to us and he just sat there with the dumbest blank stare “duh” face ever. Calling him a manger is insane. The only GOOD thing about our experience was the waitress Heather who then told Mateo to give our food for free TO GO and she was extremely nice and helpful. I got the vodka penne and it tasted amazing, so the cooks know what they’re doing, so it’s sad that the service was so awful.

10:13am, Very poor attitude and that’s why I voided and did not accept the food at all. I don’t tolerate disrespect when I complain about my food looking under cooked and purely sloppy. He poured a bunch of cheese and didn’t even toast the slice properly and looked at me crazy for not accepting it . Then Rudely asked to remake it when all it needed was a longer cook time. Your attitude is why this review was written not the food. Also be aware of who you are disrespecting I’m a paralegal and will be reporting this as discrimination because he truly looked irritated that I was even stepping Foot in this location. I may look black but I am Italian and this is truly why I don’t support my own kind. Not to mention he packed my food in a box and didn’t even ask if I was going to sit in and eat. He decided that for me. Rude little Italian guy that I make 100k more than annually has an attitude.

Ordered a medium veggie pizza not one mushroom half cooked and a 12.50 chef salad came with 2 olives arugula one piece of ham and cheese rolled up and cut in 4 feet disappointing never again Bloomsburg pa and it's not like they were busy we were the only people in the dining room the only positive was the waitress was polite other then that stay away in my opinion

My family and I had lunch here yesterday, June 10th. They ordered calzones, I had a chicken cheese steak on their homemade roll. Everything was delicious and huge. Would seriously recommend this restaurant. Service was excellent too .

I had the garden chicken cheesesteak recently (a little different than what I'd typically order for a sandwich). They nailed it.
I also never get tomatoes on anything but forgot to mention it this time. I was presently surprised/enjoyed the freshness and slight acidity they added. So that was an unexpected bonus. Maybe I like 'maters after all!

Even though the food here is decent thanks to the cooks being good, I avoid it because of the owner. This guy has to have the worst attitude of any business owner I’ve ever met. This guy is consistently just unprovoked rude to customers, which is a bizarre choice considering customers are how one keeps a business open. Today my husband ordered a stromboli for pickup on his way home from work but hit a little traffic and when he got there the owner was super rude about it getting cold. Like sir, are you eating it?? If a customer is paying you either way and not complaining, then why are you making it an issue when there is no issue? It’s just really unprofessional to be repeatedly nasty to customers who are always nice and easy customers and repeatedly patronizing your business. I wouldn’t make a review like this for one bad experience as I know everyone has off days but it’s a repeated pattern I see almost every time I order food from them. Literally every other pizza place in town I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with every time.
