My husband and I had our wedding dinner at the Blind Pig Kitchen and it was nothing short of phenomenal. Every single one of our guests raved about the food - from the appetizers, to the entrees, to the dessert, everything was perfect. Sarah was also amazing to work with, quick responses and so kind. Additionally, my husband and I have been to the restaurant for their pre-fix menu, which is also 10/10!
It's very fresh, creative, organic, and delicious! The pot roast in herb gravy is the best I've had at a restaurant; fork tender and flavorful, with real garlic mashed potatoes and a spring salad of greens, shaved beet root, carrots and a nice acidic apple cider vinegar vinaigrette. The restaurant itself is beautiful and enjoyable with service and attention to detail. Can't wait to go back.
I just ate ham that was raised by Toby Diltz. If ANYTHING at The Blind Pig is as good as that ham, oh my goodness! I guess I need to make the trip to Bloomsburg when life returns to normal.
