I had such a great experience at Starbucks today, thanks to Ana! From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely engaging. This is my neighborhood Starbucks and I am there daily. The staff is amazing and so friendly. They call you by your name and make it feel more like a small coffee shop than a national chain. This is a high volume Starbucks and the staff is always professional and never stop working hard. If a customer isn’t happy with a drink or there is a problem they quickly fix it. I look forward to stopping in to get my drinks because they make it such a welcoming place.
