Very friendly and good food.

Super authentic Korean place. Definitely geared towards the local Korean community (as it should be), but welcoming of everyone. If you want actual Korean food, this is the place to go.

I have to say, this is probably one of the best Korean restaurants in the area. The food is absolutely delicious, and while the restaurant isn’t very big, it can get super busy and packed. Bless the hearts of the chefs, helpers, and wait staffs. they’re doing their best to serve amazing Korean food to everyone on time! Highly recommended to everyone!

The food is okay, but the customer service is very lackluster—other reviews pointing this out are accurate. I recently dined here with my family and waited nearly an hour for my food with no updates, no real apology beyond a quick “sorry,” and no effort to make things right, such as offering an appetizer or comping a dish. As someone who’s worked in the restaurant industry, I found the lack of communication and care especially disappointing. Overall, the service is consistently underwhelming and I would set my expectations very low for customer care when dining here.

Had the seafood bibimbap and the tteokbokki, both were very well portioned for the price and delicious! Will definitely come back soon!

This is not a fancy restaurant, it is a hole in the wall with excellent, authentic food. We ordered from across the menu and took leftovers with us. It is BYOB so don't forget to bring a bottle. You also need a reservation most nights as it is small inside. We loved the food and the service was excellent.

Really love this place, started coming to To Dam Gol after another Korean restaurant closed. Food is very good and authentic. Even though we are not of Korean descent we felt very comfortable. Love the banchan

seriously solid old school korean food. unpretentious and down to earth real food for folks that appreciate authenticity. a little heavy in some of the dishes but pretty darn good.

Service took a bit but was worth the wait. Food tasted reminiscent of home cooked food, which explained the staff. Simple vibes and and good portions. Would go again but recommend calling to reserve first.

We visited last Sunday around lunchtime, and it was quite busy. We tried the special spicy bulgogi, which was meant for two people, but the portions were generous enough to share among three. We also ordered the 돈까스, which was much bigger than expected, and the 떡볶이 made a great appetizer. The side dishes were delicious as always! I also appreciate the thoughtful touch of serving warm tea for adults and cold water for kids. Overall, a fantastic experience with generous portions and great service!
