Every year I eat pork and sauerkraut and mashed potatoes on news year day. Last year we came to mountain shadows and enjoyed it.
We came again this year and asked for no gravy on the potatoes and the kind waitress apologized as she set it down saying Mike (the owner) ignored her when she was telling him we wanted no gravy. Came for the first time . Prices seemed reasonable. Was not packed we only order mushroom burgers and they messed up the orders they gave us the wrong food with the wrong burger and then instead of taking the plates away and fixing it they had us swop food not plates . Good atmosphere quiet . We went in the afternoon . Overall I would give it a 5. Friendly and clean
Went there one day last week and today we miss Michael Pryor and we wish he will get better soon he is a great man. Anyways the food was great and the service was great it’s just like a family place. We love it there. So who ever never been there to eat please go.
