Love breakfast at this old-timey diner and have for years. Though one tidbit for those who might want to visit for the first time: while the restaurant accepts credit cards for sales over $5, you can't leave your tip on your card, so make sure you have some cash with you to tip your server.
I wish I could post a picture of my food..but I ate it too fast. Great food. Fantastic service. I just walked out, and I can't wait to go back again. Thank you kind lady behind the counter for a delicious BLT.
This was my 1st time here. I ordered large breakfast to taste my favs. Eggs came out perfectly cooked, home fries were good, grits came in large bowl and delicious. The Scrapple I asked them to make it a little more well done and they did. But one of the best things was the toast. I ordered rye toast and it came out lightly toasted which is how I love my toast and plenty of butter. (I am not a fan of crunchy dark toast.) I could eat the crust without a crunch!
