It’s such a great location and food is pretty good but service is Horrible and slow. I have gone back a few times hoping it would be better and it’s not. My dad who has a walker was standing there and no one offered him a seat even though there were tables everywhere, the server just said he would go inside and ask for a table for us.
Cafe 101 unfortunately, I think has gone down in quality and up in price. The chimichanga I got was soggy. The guacamole was such a disappointment. There was too much lime, way too much. $50 for 2 quesadillas and a soggy chimichanga.. We used to go here on a somewhat regular basis but I can’t say I will go there anytime soon.
Good place

We stopped in for lunch on a Monday. There was no wait for a table but it filled up quickly. It’s a small place but there is some outdoor patio seating. We ordered the ultimate bowl and a shrimp quesadilla. Both were very good. Our server was friendly and attentive. A nice view of the lake when you are finished eating or while you eat if you sit outside. I had been here once before, probably about a year ago, for a dinner meeting and had tacos - they were good as well. I’d for sure go here again.
Parking: We parked on the street. No problem finding a spot. There might be a small lot out back - not 100% sure.

What an awesome place in the center of Boiling Springs! They cater to AT hikers with delicious breakfast and lunch options. We enjoyed the coffees, as well as the hearty sandwiches. You can sit on the outside patio or inside the Cafe. Delightfully friendly service just a short walk from the AT with plenty of parking available.

Their guacamole was so good! The food was fresh, and it was a beautiful day to eat on their patio. Service was very slow, though.

Pick up breakfast. Good muffin but had stuffed French toast and it was suppose to be stuffed with fresh fruit but had jelly instead…was very disappointing!

We had a delicious lunch there today and were lucky enough to enjoy it out on their patio area. What a lovely view and atmosphere. ? Service was attentive and prompt. We shall be enjoying meals at Caffe 101 more often, now that we have discovered it! ?

I don't often spend money to eat out, today I tried to get a treat. I got a Ruben on rye and it was so soggy I could hardly eat it, seem like it was soaked in water.

Stopped in after hiking some of the App. Trail. Amazing food and great service. The breakfast tostadas were absolutely incredible.

Service was prompt and they were busy.
Food was great and generous. My son and I got omelets and we could have shared one.

The absolute worst service I have had in a long time. Such a shame, the food is good and the location is great.
It was obvious there was no one in charge this morning.
