“Our service and food were amazing. My husband had the spaghetti with chicken parm and side salad. He couldn't express enough how good it was and flavorful. Chicken was juicy. I had the shrimp scampi over Liguine Pasta and side salad. Shrimp was cooked perfectly! The scampi sauce was very good also. The bread that came with the meals was fresh and came out warm. Our waitress was so very friendly and suggested the shrimp scampi the way she described the meal was in point.

We definitely will be returning to try some of the other options on the menu!”

Metro Diner- Carlisle Pike Mechanicsburg- has scored a 10/10 again when it comes to food, service, and all around a phenomenal experience 🙌🏽 I ordered the Fried Chicken Benedict, Iron City Meatloaf, and the Apple Cinnamon Bread Pudding. My friend ordered the Fried Chicken Plate. I want to mention that we arrived around 7:15pm, near closing time. Our chicken was fried perfectly... Golden, crispy, and juicy!!! My over easy eggs were cooked to perfection, the Hollandaise Sauce was smooth, creamy, and flavorful. The biscuits- MY GOODNESS😋-Scrumptious‼️Meatloaf, Mashes Potatoes & Gravy- Claud Have Mercy!… Sooooo Delish😋 Awesome waitress🙌🏽 Shout out to the Cooks- They score everytime- Regardless of how close it was to closing time for the day, our food tasted as if they just opened for the day-FRESH🕺🏽💃🏽. Thanks Metro Diner for remaining consistent and having such great staff. I’m gonna write your name on my wall- AMAZING once again👌🏽”

“was hesitant at first but we went on a whim. their sushi is top notch. so amazing. even their rainbow roll blew us away. so fresh and a delicate sweet flavor. we suspect the Carlisle roll will be our favorite! their yakisoba was really good too. can't wait to go back and try more of the dishes!!!! this will be our new fav sushi place in town”

“Wow, this place was amazing! We had never heard of this restaurant until we attended a Yelp event here, and we were not disappointed. The service was excellent, the food was superb, and it had the cutest decor. Parking was not the easiest, but the food makes it well worth it. I got the cheese steak, which was so yummy. It was dripping in cheese, had the best most well cooked toppings (mushrooms, onions, peppers), and perfectly cooked meat. The fries were crispy on the outside, soft on the inside for the perfect cook. My husband got the bacon cheeseburger, which was perfectly cooked, juicy, and had an excellent sesame filled bun. The staff was all so kind through the entire experience, tying it all together. Definitely recommend checking this place out!”

My steak was cooked to perfection, medium rare. The Brussel sprouts are my favorite veggie. Kudos to this establishment and the owners and their wonderful staff. Love you all.”

“This place was awesome and our server was too! My wife and I split the Prime Rib and it was plenty for both of us, granted we are in are mid 60s ?. The food was excellent. The service was fast and server was very attentive. We were traveling but if you are in the area definitely make a stop!”

“My husband and I visited today with our two young children. We sat down when our 3 year old started having a complete meltdown. I took him outside but he could not be calmed. The waitor Randy was so kind and understanding. All of the staff were. They boxed all of our food up, even the drinks and bread, and quickly got our bill taken care of for us. It was so nice to have such understanding and kind people help us out. The food was also amazing when we finally got to eat it. We will definitely be back on a much calmer day.”

“Today my daughter and I enjoyed the most delicious lunch at One 13 Social in downtown Carlisle. Small plates are elegant and perfect for lunch. Mine was Spoonbread Shrimp, extraordinarily creative flavors : salty olive tapanade, savory grilled shrimp, and sweet cornbread with honey butter. New to their terrific menu, hope it stays!! I tip my hat to the chef.”

Came back last night with my kiddo for pizza and trust me, making the trip down more often! Awesome food guys, excellent service!”
