I have loved Allenberry for years, but as of today (July 26 2025) I’m wondering if you switched restaurant managers or head chefs? We just had the strangest menu selections and did you change the interior of the Barn? It was perfect the way it was. You offer Chilean sea bass but the breeches is filled with trout yet don’t offer it? I can hear Gordon Ramseys voice in my head asking you guys why you don’t have something local and fresh.

Did the Mother’s Day brunch with my family & the food & atmosphere were wonderful. The staff was very friendly & helpful with such a large group. I would definitely recommend this venue
We visited for one night and stayed in the Pine Lodge. The whole property is beautiful! My favorite was the check-in lobby! So beautifully decorated and so inviting! Our morning walk was just perfect for the fall.

The Barn Restaurant at Allenberry is a hidden gem that offers exceptional dining experiences. Guests can enjoy spectacular views of the pristine property and can walk the great grounds. The rustic barn has a lovely ambiance and a nice atmosphere, with an outside fire pit. The food is absolutely delicious and amazing, with tasty appetizers like the beet appetizer, Brie Brulé, and corn chowder. Guests can also enjoy delicious cuisine, including crab cakes, pork chops, and the burger. Great cocktails are offered, like the smoked old-fashioned, and the service is fabulous. While getting drinks can be a slow process, the pretty venue and great spot make it a must-visit.
