We recommend all of their food. I've tried alot of hotdogs from Tennessee to Pennsylvania and Hamilton's is the best of the best. The service was very satisfying. Nice clean restaurant, beautiful atmosphere. Thank you for such wonderful service!!! Yassas!!!
I have been coming to the Hamilton for years. This resturant is great. They treat you like family here and I Love that. The food is wonderful and very nice portions, the staff is always friendly and great service. One of the BEST PLACES TO EAT IN CENTRAL PA.🥰

Hamilton Restaurant & Lounge is a Carlisle landmark known for their famous hot dogs. The Hot-Chee Dog is not to be missed, and the chili hot dog with cheese is a must. Burgers and fries are amazing too. The chili dogs and onion rings are SO GOOD. Omelettes are delish. The cherry Coke is made with Coca Cola and cherry syrup. Everything was fantastic. The owner, staff, and service is outstanding. Staff are friendly and efficient, moving like lightning. It is a family owned restaurant that is very welcoming. The whole restaurant caters to each guest. It is cash only. For a unique experience, walk inside what feels like an old school diner.
