My sandwich is cold to a point where egg is still frozen, bacon is cold, cheese didn’t melt only the bread was warm, children were playing “nose goes” to see who would make my food and still did terrible… will never return horrible service

It looks like they turned things around since the 2.0 star rating. No more Debbie downer worker nor poor service. Plenty of employees all working hard. Good visit good coffee good donut. Hats off to management to hire enough workers and keep the right ones!

Beware of the service. There is a woman with purple and black hair who is a complete Debbie downer. She clearly hates her life and has a terrible attitude towards customers. I stop here everyday, now I won’t be.

Here’s the thing. People travel on the TP at all hours, 24 hours a day. I think it’s absolutely ridiculous that Dunkin closes at 9 pm. I mean come on, God forbid a traveler a truck driver or a police officer need a half decent cop of coffee past 9 pm. At the very least, 11 or 12 am I think would be a more reasonable close time, considering the totality of this location and the hours that brick and mortar Dunkin across the country stay open. They need to get it together.

Well, I got the good Coffee and the girls work behind the counter. They also nice , people need to get out and do some work. Instead of complaining about everything.

This is by far the worst Dunkin I’ve come across. They don’t know how to correctly make a simple drink, the jelly doughnut I received had barely any jelly inside and the toasted bagel with butter was completely burnt. The two girls behind the counter clearly need to be retrained.
