Whatever changes they are making are working at the Boyertown, PA location. I went today and all of the staff was extremely pleasant and friendly. My large order for my family was perfect and the food and drinks tasted better than they ever have.
The drive through was backed up out to the street, but the line was moving quickly and the staff remained upbeat and friendly.
I really hope they retain the staff that they had working today (7/10/2021).

terrible management. threatened to call the police on me and kicked me out of the store over a very insignificant civil dispute. they also leave their phone off the hook with the voicemail full.
I really wanted to just work things out but the management kept throwing crap at me to see if any of it would stick.
