This location is pretty good. The staff is fairly friendly and speedy but they suck at applying cream cheese to bagels. Like the worst! They do make good coffee and overall I do like coming to this location and always return.
This is chain, they have a corporate standard for their product. It's rarely adhered to. 20 years ago you could go to ANY Dunkin on the planet and get the same exact coffee. Not anymore. It tastes different every time and is rarely made correctly.
