Whatever changes they are making are working at the Boyertown, PA location. I went today and all of the staff was extremely pleasant and friendly. My large order for my family was perfect and the food and drinks tasted better than they ever have.
The drive through was backed up out to the street, but the line was moving quickly and the staff remained upbeat and friendly.
I really hope they retain the staff that they had working today (7/10/2021).

Despite it being a later time, the staff was friendly and welcoming. Thank you to the staff that got me my late night coffee!
I visited this Dunkin' location on Monday, July 6th around 2:00 PM, and left with very mixed feelings.
On the positive side, the physical store itself is great. The decor is warm, modern, and simple, displaying the Dunkin' branding nicely without feeling overwhelming. It’s a comfortable space to sit. The coffee was also excellent—perfectly fresh and served calmly, which is exactly what you want from a mid-afternoon coffee run.
