I have been to this Arby's several times and everytime it has a been a severe let down. Tonight, the service was absolutely terrible and I was not happy about it. Normally, I am a highly positive review giver but this Arby's failed to meet my expectations. The meat on my sandwich h was frozen solid, way to much lettuce and the tomatoes were not ripe either. When I told one of the guys Aldo about the tea being totally disgusting he just blew me off like what do you want me to do about it. Not coming back.
Dietary restrictions: I had specifically requested something to be removed from my meal. And that was literally the only instructions that were followed.

We travel every year for vacation and everytime we go to North Carolina we stop at the truck stop and get Arby's. I was happy to see that they still had the loaded curly fries because the Arby's near my house doesn't have it anymore. The workers were amazing.

This place is inside the TA. The service was friendly on a very busy night! The two of us waited 10 min. in line and 5 min. on food. I recommend the smoked brisket sandwich.
This place is at truck stop I figured they would have the intelligence to stay open past 10pm. This is the first arbys I've ever seen closed that early. Most drivers don't stop till after 10pm so screw us I guess. Would be nice to have a hot sandwich about now.... this is only for the owners and managers because the workers are aways nice.

Ordered a meal $43.22, request tomato and onion on the 2/6 fish sandwich. One fish got the additional and had too share with the other fish myself,smh. Thank you for being polite, gn.

Ordered a French Dip without cheese and “Extra crispy curly fries “ What I got, same fries they were giving everyone and Ajou that you can see the bottom of the cup in. I’m no expert, but eat enough French Dips to know I’m not supposed to be able to see the bottom. Arby’s, you need to do way better than this.
Update on 3/12/24. A day after I made this review I received an email from Arby’s asking for more information and my email address, phone number and more details. I sent them what they asked for. What happened you may ask?? NOTHING!! No phone calls, no emails not even a text. Just goes to show you that businesses don’t care anymore about customers.

I realize it’s a rest stop Arby’s but the food was cold and gross. I’m suggesting NEVER get their chicken nuggets. Supposedly premium nuggets but I’ve never had some so not premium ?
