I came here to get a coffee. The coffee was good, but the service was very unprofessional. The person that took my order didn’t take my order until they were finished talking to non-employee, maybe a friend. Then they didn’t make eye contact or acknowledge my presence. I don’t know if they were having a bad day or what, but leave your issues at the door. When you are in a customer service position, part of your job is being professional and courteous to your customers. Sorry to rant, but it infuriates me to be treated like this. If you don’t like working with the public, go find a job somewhere else.

Made an online order and when we picked it up we were informed they did not have the chicken wrap. Never even got an email giving us a chance to order something else. Said was fine just refund my card for the item. He said manager would have to do it. She came to the window never even opened the window to acknowledge us and then just handed me cash without saying a word. Like it was a bother since they weren't busy at all! Handed us our drinks and they looked absolutely NOTHING like their posted picture. Was just a half full cup of coffee with whipped cream all melted thru. Had them fix it up for us. My daughter got a grilled cheese and had to wait for it. They should've made the damn drinks same time as the sandwich so they weren't sitting! That's a management issue.. so give less than a star for the manager on duty. ONLY saving grace was the pumpkin muffins. They were good. Will not go back

The plaza is clean, and the staff is friendly. They are constantly cleaning the place. Customers can be pigs, and they still keep up.The Food hits the spot whenever I stop by to charge my car. They have ample tables to eat and relax. Thanks for catering to Teslas

Just left, they had no donuts, I ordered a butter peacan crunch frozen coffee and they hand me idk I asked were the crunch was she says oh we ran out. Doesn't even taste like butter peacon

How are you going to be almost totally out of donuts? Met family here at 10 am, and the selection was nearly non-existent. The girl working seemed to not have a car in the world and made 3 of our 5 drinks wrong.(How do you mess up black coffee?)
