Convenient Store at the bottom in the eatery. Guy just checked ✔️ in on the cash register. I was standing there over 15min. The guy over looks me waiting in front of him on the register.Guy with the glasses told him I was standing there. ! I guess my skin was to dark. I will never shop there again. Thank u for showing your true self.

My experience was great. I might not have gone here based on reviews, but this time I am glad that I didn't see them until after. My experience was perfectly fine and not anything like what I saw described.

The food was fine and everybody enjoyed their food, the service was prompt and we got our food quickly. The atmosphere was also nice, and we were able to sit down and relax in what appeared to be a clean eating area.

I tend to be picky, but could not find fault in anything I experienced here. Would visit again!

Got here only to be told by one guy working there they were closed. I said you closed early cause it was 7PM and Google maps says they close at 8PM.He said "No, we have been closed for weeks." ?

The food is decent for a rest stop.However the service was absolutely horrendous: when I ordered it somehow didn't make it into the system, and I waited 15 minutes for nothing until I realized they finished an order for someone who ordered after me. When I asked about my order the employees had no idea that I ordered. Like how does that happen?In conclusion, I had to wait almost 30 minutes for food at a supposedly 'express' lunch place. I'd personally go to Sheetz instead.

This place is inside the Gateway travel plaza, so prices are a little higher than outside places but not unreasonable. Excellent flavor. We had fried chicken dinner and turkey dinner food was fresh hot and great flavor. Staff upfront and friendly.

Parking: Very large parking lot in front very clean. Over 200 truck parking in back

Not sure why this place has such a low rating. I've eaten here a few times and the food is always good. Latest visit was on a Thurs at 2:30pm. Maybe the haters can try it at the same time and have a better experience. Ladies working were very nice. I ordered the fish with french fries and broccoli. Everything was fresh and delicious.

I am not a pig. I don't pay good money for slop. So, no tip. It seems as if the General Tso's chicken was made with chicken tenders rather than the actual batter you should have used, which gives the nice golden color and fluffy texture before you add the sauce, which it was not, unfortunately. The rice is MUCH better dry with the choice of fried or white rice along with soy sauce packets rather than the greasy rice soup I was given.

Food looks good but it had absolutely NO TASTE.

We stopped here for dinner on the road. I had bbq wings and mac n cheese. Both of them were really good and got me filled up before hitting the road. I am confused by the reviews of other restaurants such as Arby's as this is a more of a food court with several options, what happens at Arby's at this location should not impact the Homestyle Express booth. Overall, the was a great place to grab food.

Actually very good food at a decent price. Not an extensive menu but enough to choose from.

they replaced the home cooked food with fast-food garbage you have to pay $20 to park here and all the restaurants close at 10 p.m. and don't reopen until noon the next day

This place had the absolute worst service I've seen in a while. The employees were rude to the customer, got the orders wrong, and when I tried to confirm that they got my order right, I got cut off with "Don't mess with me."I wouldn't give this place a nickel, nor would I ever commend them on their service. There were only two staff members who showed effort in trying to meet the standards of the costumer(I believe Heather was the manager, and was one of the two good ones). Other than the manager and the tall guy who was there (I wish I could remember his name), all of the experience was absolutely terrible!??
