Stood by order counter for 5 min no one took order . So I left it's really a 0 star ⭐ for company for me but I know how hard fast food is and how they don't pay workers for the amount of work they put on a few employees to do everything and timed so it's understandable and the 3 employees there were working hard so . This is upper management issue not the ppl working there asss off !

We stop in breezewood every couple months when we drive to visit family and normally choose anything but this place and after this experience, will continue to do just that. We ordered inside. The lady who was taking orders was rolling her eyes and refusing to be helpful in anyway to people who didn't want to make orders on the kiosk (I did but this is what i was observing) For example, a gentleman asked to get a number 2 but didn't want a drink. She said no. Just no. He said okay if I have to have a dri k can it just be ice water? "No" didn't offer any alternative or anything ( he was a much older gentleman) it was just very off putting to witness.
We waited 44 minutes for 3 happy meals and a medium fry. They didn't give us the sauce. They didn't get us the drinks. The fries were cold and crunchy. Went back in to get all of this and no one came to the front for over 10 minutes. We got there at 750 and left at 9 with half our paid for food and what we did have was gross. We still had 3 hours to drive so just left. Out of all the restaurants in the area avoud this one at all costs.

Absolutely terrible. From waiting an HOUR in the drive through, to the customer service being awful and never even receiving my food. Avoid this location at all cost.
The young man that waited on me was very nice and helpful. I went back the next morning and were just as nice.

The crushed Oreo + espresso shot 🥃 + overall deliciousness makes this cold drink a no 🧠-er. They are fantastic on a hot summer morning or a crisp fall day.
Also, big shout out to KEVIN. He works at this location, and he works hard to keep it REALLY clean and sanitary, even when it's super busy. Thanks, KEVIN, for doing what you do !!!

Arrived 7:31pm. Waited 50 minutes then asked for refund. Restaurant and kitchen a mess.
I was the only one there and felt like I sat in the drive-thru lane forever, was about 9 minutes waiting for food. French fries were piping hot, which was very good and obviously what I waited for. Chicken nuggets were cold and as if they sat out for a few hours. I was already down the turnpike and could not go back.

I would give zero stars if I could. 30 minute wait for a couple of cheeseburgers is absolutely unacceptable. People were walking out saying how ridiculous this poorly run restaurant is. TERRIBLE.

Wow. Pumpkin spiced coffee tasted horrible. 2 mcdoubles put together by what looked like a preschooler out together. Tasted absolutely horrible worse than the. Coffee. I tore them apart and the burger had so much black grill grime I couldn't even take another bite
