We went to the drive through on a day that was not busy. There were only two cars ahead of us. It took over 20 minutes to get our very simple order. The food was fine. This has to be the slowest service that I have ever experienced from McDonald's.

Waited in the drive thru line for 20 minutes only to get to the order screen, then to be told it’s cash only in the drive thru or card inside. Is it not the same register system? When my husband suggested at least putting a sign out so people don’t waste their time waiting in line the woman had absolutely nothing to say. Side note: we had started off inside the restaurant and it was absolute chaos at the counter so we chose to go through the drive thru. This location is an absolute waste all the way around, so disappointing.

Absolutely horrible, I pulled into the drive through and was threatened. Heard rumors about one of the workers talking to a little girl. I never even got to order food, was told I was gonna get beaten up.

McDonald’s is definitely not fast food anymore. I pulled up and ordered simple items like fries and a McChicken, things that should always be ready and still ended up waiting 20–25 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous. If this is the level of “fast” service they’re offering, they need to rethink their entire process.

Freshest McDonald’s I’ve ever had. I’m originally from Virginia and every McDonald’s in Virginia needs training from breezewood PA McDonald’s employees
Workers were in the back doing whatever. Waited 5 minutes for someone to even take our order. My daughter and I had to use the bathroom. Out of 5 stalls, 1 was out of order, there was dried urine and hair and dirt all over the seats and the backs of the toilets in the other 4. One soap dispenser was empty, one was full but didn’t work. 10/10 don’t recommend.

I actually do not recommend this location. Multiple times I have received missing items. The staff are not very friendly. I'm sure it's probably due to traffic through the area and the age of the employees.

Been coming to this mcdonald's for over fifty years. I've probably eaten here over 100 times. I rate this as the second best mcdonald's.In the world. Two of the three best mcdonald's I ever had was when I was a kid, and oddly enough in Kuwait City, Kuwait. ( They served their food in styrofoam like the seventies, not sure why that made such a difference, but it really did). Anyway, of a hundred visits to this mcdonald's only two were ever bad, it has been fresh, and people were friendly. If you ever had a bad experience here, you should try again, it's worth the second chance.

Avoid this McDonald's! I rarely write a negative review; this is the exception. We waiting 20 minutes inside for food (double cheeseburger, reg cheeseburger, four piece nugget and two drinks). We watched as the workers put food in bags, took it back out, served pretty much only drive thru. I noticed our order number disappeared from the prep screen but never appeared on finished. I asked a worker, she turned around said it was posted on the physical board and was still being prepped. Waiting another 5-6 minutes as all others after us were filled. Asked another young person and explained. He reluctantly went to check. Dumped a large fry back into the bin to make a small fry for us. Handedus a bag. I said drinks were still missing. Hands us a fountain cup while saying iced coffee was still being prepared. Went to iced tea (paid extra for unsweetened tea) dispenser which was empty. At this point I just got soda. Still waiting on iced coffee. Finally after 25 minutes got out to go order. The fries and nuggets were cold. The burgers ok. (Did I mention three people walked out after hearing ice cream/milkshake machine was down). Another couple left also. Definitely on my won't-stop-again list.
