Avoid this McDonald's! I rarely write a negative review; this is the exception. We waiting 20 minutes inside for food (double cheeseburger, reg cheeseburger, four piece nugget and two drinks). We watched as the workers put food in bags, took it back out, served pretty much only drive thru. I noticed our order number disappeared from the prep screen but never appeared on finished. I asked a worker, she turned around said it was posted on the physical board and was still being prepped. Waiting another 5-6 minutes as all others after us were filled. Asked another young person and explained. He reluctantly went to check. Dumped a large fry back into the bin to make a small fry for us. Handedus a bag. I said drinks were still missing. Hands us a fountain cup while saying iced coffee was still being prepared. Went to iced tea (paid extra for unsweetened tea) dispenser which was empty. At this point I just got soda. Still waiting on iced coffee. Finally after 25 minutes got out to go order. The fries and nuggets were cold. The burgers ok. (Did I mention three people walked out after hearing ice cream/milkshake machine was down). Another couple left also. Definitely on my won't-stop-again list.

Manager Liz was super nice and seemed to be adamant about improving the usual McDonald’s experience. Food was hot but still McDonald’s 🤷🏾‍♂️

It's a basic McDonald's, if you are looking for food it's a good place to stop

Its McDonald's. They burnt the bagel to a blackness on one end, rest was hard. Egg was over microwaved and bacon was soft like fat gristle.

Terrible on all efforts. Except the girl in front w glasses. She was nice.

For as much traffic that goes thru there you'd think they'd be better prepared

Stopped at this mcdonald's on my way home and it was easily one of the worst experiences I have ever had at mcdonald's. The chicken was dry and tasted like it had been frozen too long, the fries were ok, all the drinks were flat, and there was no ice. Most of the table were dirty and so was that bathroom. There was no water in mens bathroom and the women's had only 2 open and the one was clogged.

Not a great experience. There was no one at the counter to take our order and one of the two kiosks was closed, so there was a wait to order. Then we waited almost 20 minutes for our food. The fries were undercooked, the nuggets were overcooked, and the burgers tasted old and dry. The lobby and restroom were dirty, too. I wouldn’t stop here again.

It's McDonald's so you know what you are getting. The food I got was fresh and hot, just like the cashier I got with later. Another time I was here, I saw an employee grab a bun on his way to go to the bathroom. He used it to open the door. I saw him come out later and put the same bun on a customer's hamburger. I really admired the ingenuity of that young man, who kept his hands clean and cut costs at the same time by re-using the bun. McDonald's teaches good business skills.
