Stopped by today (1/3) on my roadtrip home. Very cozy spot in an industrial feeling town. I felt like leaving this review because the person at the POS was so nice to every person that walked through the door- even engaging with guests sitting down and joking with them. Shout out to Cody. Though I didn’t see the name tag of the gentlemen working the bar, he was very friendly and attentive as well!

I get that this is in the middle of a truck stop town, but, wow. The bathroom smelled like death. There were 3 women working. One took the order who was fine. One barista making the orders. The other woman was standing doing nothing. There were 5 people ahead of us. The one making the coffees was in NO RUSH. One man asked the cashier how long it typically takes and both workers began to mock him. Out loud. Crazy! Plus they were all on their headsets just talking about random shit — like an aversion to peanut butter. Took at least 15 minutes. Not dire, but unrealistic. Come on, baristas. Maybe have some caffeine and get to work.

It's a typical Starbucks, except that there was an amazing and constant line to use the bathroom. Everything was nice and clean.

Bad experience. Staff was INCREDIBLY slow. I don't drink coffee and just wanted to walk in and grab something quick (see if they had tea or chai maybe) to get back on the road to home after a business trip. I ended waiting more than 15 minutes in line, after which I had to get out of line to use the bathroom, and their bathroom was gross. I didn't get back in line after exiting the restroom, I just left and went elsewhere. Not really sure why the wait was so long (the cafe was not full at all). Possibly they are understaffed and strecthed thin between the drive-thru orders and the walk-in orders.
Stopped here tonight on my way to Pittsburgh to fuel up on caffeine. The staff were wonderful! They left me a sweet note on my cup after listening to my jury duty woes, indulged my daughter’s whimsy gifting her a raccoon cake pop! I’m glad we ended up at this location.
