On March 7, 2024, I placed an online delivery order for Store # 3275 in Brentwood. The actual delivery was horrendous because the driver calls and tells me to come outside to pick up my order. This appears to be the way they operate normally because that wasn't the 1st time it happened. The store manager is also pathetic because he never makes an attempt to fix their service, he just offers free pizza. Domino's Corporate Office is not any better because when you inform them of how this store operates, they just refer any issue back to this manager. This store makes a mockery of Domino's quality, and service it built over the years, but they do not seem to care. I will never order from them again.

1st time I ordered the delivery driver didn't have enough change so I ended up having to tip him double. 2nd time I ordered just now I requested garlic dipping sauce for a extra charge and a extra ceaser dressing that I paid for. Never received the garlic dipping sauce and only received 1 ceaser dressing when I paid for an additional one.They r a rip off! I don't know who owns this Brentwood location now but they r terrible. I called to get the money refunded and the lady said I'll give you a free garlic sauce next time. Won't be a next time hunny!

Have been ordering from here for a long time. Food usually comes hot and fresh. Lately food has been more disappointing. Sloppy chicken parm sandwich. Will be looking for a new pizza place

This is domino's food should be superb and should taste like domino's not partially taste like domino's. I ordered here twice in past 2yrs that tells you how bad it was the last time I order so I ordered from here because there was 50% off online coupon on all menu price pizza the pizza was burnt crust bubbled and hard cheesy stuffed breadsticks was non exsistent just a bubble of bread so dry. If I was able to take back tip I would I only tipped 10% because of last experience I usually tip 20% I just had that feeling it's ruined good thing I didn't order more than I did. I like burnt cheese and all but come on get new cooks or something

It's Domino's, you know what You're getting into. But this location crushes it. Some solid pizza on the cheap. $7 for a 2 topping large?? Like damn, just skip giant eagle entirely, that's how much they sell frozen pizzas for.I'm impressed with the speed and quality of this particular Domino's location. Can you get better pizza elsewhere? Yeah, but it costs twice as much and it's not better by a big margin.Parking: About 8 parking spots

Have ordered from here 3 times now. Each time the pizzas were burnt to a crisp. I’m talking black cheese, black crust and dough bubbles the size of 3 slices in the center of the pizza. One of the pies looked like it was either dropped on the floor or boxed upside down. Awful. I have given them too many chances out of convenience. Not again. I’ll drive down the road and get a Primanti’s pie (very underrated btw).

Parking: My experience with this store was phenomenal. I ordered with relative expectations, but they were exceeded. My food was delivered in a timely manner. The customer service both by phone, and delivery carrier were friendly and sufficient. Thanks guys! I’ll be ordering again soon!Kid-friendliness: Timely order, so therefore I was able to feed the kiddos on time and have them full and happy
