Love the variety on the menu which is laid out with a page or half page per grouping. Momo’s, Curry’s, Fried Rice, Grilled Items, Biryani’s, etc. - Lots to choose from. I like how the same dish is made differently at each restaurant depending on how it was done wherever the chef learned to make it. I assume Himali’s Tikka Masala sauce has a Nepalese influence.
