The customer service is top tier. They were sold out of chocolate chip cookies which I had been craving since I delivered my new baby. They made several other recommendations and by the end of the conversation they ended up finding extra dough to make me one chocolate chip cookie. My first time at Batter and Dough was amazing, we will go back for special treats and celebrations. I didn't have a scheduled order, but they were able to accommodate me on short notice and am so grateful they did! The chocolate chip cookies are the best I've ever had, and the vanilla and chocolate cupcakes were amazing
The best oatmeal raisin cookies I've ever had. Top two peanut butter cookies and the cupcakes were excellent. My favorite part was the cute grandma sitting at up front when you walked in the door and greeted us with a smile and wonderful conversation. We will definitely be back
