They randomly close early on weekdays, so plan ahead or call ahead. I drove quite a distance only to find out that they had ‘closed’ at 8:30 pm already while the posted closing time was 9 pm.

Slowest service of my life and was not even busy. I have worked at this establishment awhile back and the management has gone extremely downhill. No sense of urgency ever anymore. Boxes all over the tables no where for people to sit or tables are dirty. We waited for our pizzas for 25 minutes. I wish staff had a sense of urgency. I should not wait this long for a place called fast fired pizza. Disappointing…

Went on a Thursday night service was fair. Felt a little rushed when he was putting the toppings on. While we waited for our 1 pizza the other customer behind me ordered 5-1 topping pizzas. So just going in order by customers, my pizza came out the fire first, he sat it on the side and pursued to attend to the guy after me by boxing all his pizzas first because they were to go. Mind you I was dining in. It took the guy(customer) behind me to say something to the employee that I was here first and to finish up my pizza. The food overall was good, no complaints. Just felt service could’ve been better.

Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had at blaze. The place was absolutely DISGUSTING. I came an hour and a half before closing and there’s food everywhere on every surface and all of the floors. The workers also keep touching their face while wearing the same gloves they’re using to prep orders. They’re very sloppy too. The utensil holder had a bunch of gunk in the bottom. 0/10 would recommend and will drive to monroeville from wheeling just to have great pizza. I’ve attached pictures to show the monstrosity that blaze was.To top it off they’ve got workers in the back just yelling and screaming. If you’re gonna hire teenagers, and i cannot stress this enough, BE SURE THERE IS AN ADULT SUPERVISOR.

Totally nasty place was so dirty. Eating area had garbage all over the floor needed swept up, tables were dirty nothing wiped down. Also cook or prep area was disgusting paper and garbage all over the floor. They need to get employees that clean eating and prep area before they start their shift.

I love this place. This is really a great pizza chain. It is costly, but the food is consistently good. Honestly, with build-your-own style, made-to-order, pizza in 9 minutes, how can you complain? The crust is thin and delicious (my kids love the thick crust). I'm a traditionalist, so I like basil, fresh mozzarella, and tomato, but the unique options they present are yummy. The white top is my favorite of their menu selections.

The store was filthy! 3 employees - standing talking Boxes on the tables, food on the floor, the salad was old and wilted—- the service bar had food everywhere, empty bins. Nothing was clean. Would never eat
