“As a Columbus native, I am excited to have Cane's in Pittsburgh! Despite being busy at 6 pm on a week night, I did not have to wait to order and food was ready in 4 minutes. Seating was hard to come by but I snagged a spot. Staff are trying to keep the restaurant clean but struggling with the dinner rush. I will note the sauce and size of chicken have shrunk - but I haven't had Cane's in years so that may not be specific to this location. Music is loud and the place is full of high schoolers but the chicken is fantastic.“

“There is such a difference between the service at Chick-fil-A’s and other fast food chains and dining at this Chick-fil-A was such a refreshing experience. There is always someone waiting to assist you and someone even came around to the tables and asked if I needed anything such as a refill. Everyone is so courteous and the restaurant is very clean as well. Keep up the great work!“

“Not a bad place. Seems to be incredibly crowded at night, particularly on the weekends of course. Definitely tends to be a younger crowd, elbow to elbow. Never actually had a chance to play any games due to the amount of people there. Haven't eaten either for the same reason. Drinks are moderately expensive, much more than a neighborhood bar of course. Follow for more...“

“Food is superb and it is so great to be treated with respect and courtesy when waited on. Nice to hear thank you and it is has been a long time since employees walk through the dinning area and ask if everything is OK and if they can get you anything else.“

“We ordered takeout. I ordered a level 2, my brother ordered a level 5. I saw it on the menu "RIP". I thought I'd try the smallest little piece of his sandwich. What was a solid 2 seconds of flavor and enjoyment quickly turned into regret and pain. You get what you ask for here and I love it. Somehow he ate that whole sandwich relatively unphased. Craziest part - I didn't learn a damn thing. 10/10 would recommend. (Level 2 sandwich was good too... after I regained feeling in my taste buds.)“

“Good service, the server was hustling which I really appreciated, food was excellent, the fact they include bread and soup or salad with the entree makes it very reasonable pricing. Food itself was delicious- just as good as what we had in Italy. I had the chicken piccata which hit the spot, loved the sauce and capers and super tender chicken. The pasta Alfredo was so tasty it moved my pregnant wife to tears so you KNOW it’s good!! Definitely worth a visit ?“

“Food is great and staff is really polite ... the only down side is the wait time . I dont know if its because the two times i have got food here it was both when they 1st opened or if its that busy all the time but both times i had to wait in line for 5 or so min and then after placing my order stand to the side for another 15min prob before getting the food .... but other then that wich isnt really anyones fault. Everything was great“
