I booked a last minute reservation, on a Friday night no less, and not only was it an incredible evening, but the staff, food, ambiance and service were outstanding. My server was Kayla, and she was phenomenal, and on point throughout my entire meal. She was attentive, professional, and made wonderful recommendations. Never rushing the courses, and serving at a very welcoming pace. She checked often on the table, but was never interfering, always arriving with a smile. I will definitely be back this holiday season, and beyond.

The food was good, service was good as well until our server (and bartender) abruptly (and unannounced) left at 8pm. Then everything was taken over by the manager, I assume. Early in the dining experience, there was a very loud crash followed by a period of yelling coming from the kitchen. We were on the first floor, I assume if you are on the second floor, you most likely couldn't hear it but the kitchen staff does need to be aware that they can very clearly be heard in the bar and dining area. Overall the experience was OK.

First and most important the food was really good. Unfortunately the place is so loud you can't talk to someone right beside you. Not sure why they have zero noise control. Also the air was very hot and smokey.

Wow. What a deal!!!! The four of us were amazed at all the quality food we received for the amount of money we paid. We all got 2 meals out of our meals because we all brought half of it home. Love the bottle of wine that goes with the meal for 2 for $15. What a bargain. And the chocolate torte was fabulous. We will all be back.

My company held a birthday party for our boss' 60th birthday here. It was fantastic all the way around! The owners were incredibly responsive when I was inquiring about booking. The menu was great and was easy to make selections. They even accommodated a few special requests at no additional charge. Everything the day-of was great, too! The upstairs was ready to go when I arrived early to set up a few small decorations. The food was put out on time and was delicious, with way more than enough for the party. The service was great and incredibly friendly. 10/10 would recommend for any occasion!

We had our wedding rehearsal dinner for twelve there last Friday evening. I had made the reservation with Doug, the very nice owner, a month prior after he graciously showed me the restaurant.
At Doug's suggestion, I called ahead that day to have some appetizers ready when we arrived and they were there, hot, fresh and delicious when my guests arrived. The restaurant was very busy but the food and service were excellent. Everyone in our party enjoyed the food and drinks they ordered. Farrah, our server, was friendly, pleasant and efficient. I would definitely recommend DeBlaze 131 and hope to return there soon.

Best overall eatting out experience I have had in a long time. Service was excellent! Our waitress was knowledgeable about all the entree options. None of our choices disappointed. We enjoyed the Garanelli and salmon special with crab. If you love a pumpkin dessert the cheesecake was incredible! The perfect combination of pumpkin with a ginger snap crust and not too sweet. And the garlic dipping oil with the combination of herbs and spices is unlike any I've ever had. They should bottle it and sell it. It's that good. Will definitely be returning at a future date some time soon.

The meal I had at De Blaze at 131 was by far the best meal I have had in a very long time. From the fresh bread to the bruschetta appetizer to the lobster ravioli I could not have been more pleased with a meal. I look forward to returning soon.
