Big disappointment! Have always gotten good pizza here, this time was different. Ordered pick up online, arrived 10 minutes before time given for order to be ready. Pizza was ice cold and hard, Hoagie was no better, cold, hard and toppings wilted. Obviously had been sitting for a while, very disappointing!
