The friendliest and kindest employees you will ever face! I went through drive through and was having a tough day since i’m in college, but as soon as I got my food and saw how kind and smiley they were to me, my entire day switched around. The best Dunkin location with the most hospitable people ever :)

Maybe they were understaffed but, there was no bathroom tissue or soap in the bathroom and our food took a long time even though they weren't busy in the store. My mini bagel bites were supposed to be plain but I was given everything ones instead. Also, no napkins were available in the dining area.

Person at the drive thru window was so combative with any question we asked. Made our drink wrong twice and then gave us attitude because we were being difficult ?

One of the best ones I've been at. They had quite a bit of people yet still provided food on a quick turn around. Food was very well made, fresh and they loaded up my sandwhich more than they ever have at other dunkins across the states. Drink was perfect as well.

This is the slowest moving Dunkin I’ve ever been to. I thought maybe once or twice, maybe new people or something, but it is every time. Only typing this in hopes that the feedback creates a better process for better results for this store.

Stopped in to get donuts for my kids around 10:50 AM. My husband ordered a black coffee, and I decided to try a Matcha latte. The place was busy, but the line was moving smoothly. I placed my order at 10:52 AM.
The woman at the register was coughing into her sleeve, which she then used to grab the donuts and put them in the bag. I politely asked her to avoid putting her sleeve in the bag and requested a fresh donut due to her coughing. After that, I waited for my drinks—a medium hot black coffee and a medium Matcha latte.
By 11:12 AM, I still didn’t have my Matcha latte, so I asked for a refund. Suddenly, they were able to make my drink, but I declined and insisted on my money back.
Unfortunately, this isn’t the first disappointing experience I’ve had at this location, but it will be my last.

MUST AVOID - PLEASE MUST AVOID
EXTREMELY RUDE TO THE CUSTOMERS. JUST ASKED HEY WAITING FOR MY BAGEL WITH CREAM CHEESE AND GUY REPLIED OH WE HAVE 20 orders what do you want me to do? Waited for 11 minutes for a plain bagel with cream cheese, all the other employees didnt even help, just stand and drank their own coffee.

Horribly rude ! Drinks aren’t made correctly . Poor customer service ! When you’re going to say rude comments about people in the drive thru turn your microphone off. Or don’t work in customer service if all you do is make fun of people for no reason. You weren’t raised right !

Hello, today I ordered a $10 meal/drink. I needed to be at work at 8:00 and this location is routinely known for being understaffed and slow, so I ordered ahead and set my pickup time for 7:40 so I wasn't late to work. When I arrived, it wasn't ready. I waited until 7:58 before asking and they hadn't started making it yet. I told them I needed to leave to go to work, and left. However since I ordered ahead, I had already paid.
This location has this issue every time I have gone. Today, there were 5 people actually yelling out loud about how late their orders were and that they're now late for work, and another 8 people standing at the pick-up desk. This was in addition to the drive thru wrapped around the building. This location had TWO employees- as it has every single morning. They were working their butts off and still that behind.
I'm beyond disappointed that I can no longer go to this Dunkin that's conveniently next to my work, and I'm sure this is not up to the operational standards your company expects. In addition, I am upset about having paid for everything today and didn't end up receiving it and got no refund.
Everyone locally seems frustrated with the slowness and complete understaffing of this location.
