This is the most chaotic Dunkin location I’ve been to by far. I’ve only selected this location for online orders because it’s close to my work. Three times I’ve picked up here and each time a disaster. First time, I ordered the small snack wraps. The employee threw it so sloppily in the bag the sauce was everywhere and the wrap unrecognizable. Plus, it was missing the proper inside ingredients. I had to drive all the way back and demand they redo it or I want a refund. The employee argued and said that’s the proper “portion size” of each ingredient; what a joke.

Today, I placed two mobile orders for my coworkers and I. My mother offered to pick it up for us. When she arrived she was told our half dozen donuts were missing some because they were out of a lot of flavors. While on the phone with her, she repeated at least 2-3 times “what donuts do you have then?”. To which, he kept not answering her. Finally he showed her what was in the box and we were only missing one donut. How hard is that to communicate? Worse, he told her he was supervisor when she complained about the service. If he’s a supervisor, I can see why this location is horrendous. Another employee advised her that they have 5 dozen orders on the app, when my mother told them what donut flavor she wanted to substitute the missing. Seriously? We ordered first on the app and you’re going to try to deny us a flavor because you have a big order to fulfill after us? My mother proceeded to demand the donut be fulfilled and the manager rolled his eyes at her. Awful customer service skills, your managers need to be retrained!

I frequently get decaf iced coffee at dunkin', but this visit, they were out of decaf. I'm not sure how a coffee shop runs out of coffee, but I had to get regular. They were also out of glazed donut holes so my mix of donut holes wasn't very mixed. Everything was still good, it was just a little bit disappointing this time.

My local go to , being next to 79 they can get very busy sometimes but the staff genuinely care and will correct orders. Ian is an excellent manager!

The friendliest and kindest employees you will ever face! I went through drive through and was having a tough day since i’m in college, but as soon as I got my food and saw how kind and smiley they were to me, my entire day switched around. The best Dunkin location with the most hospitable people ever :)

Maybe they were understaffed but, there was no bathroom tissue or soap in the bathroom and our food took a long time even though they weren't busy in the store. My mini bagel bites were supposed to be plain but I was given everything ones instead. Also, no napkins were available in the dining area.

One of the best ones I've been at. They had quite a bit of people yet still provided food on a quick turn around. Food was very well made, fresh and they loaded up my sandwhich more than they ever have at other dunkins across the states. Drink was perfect as well.

This is the slowest moving Dunkin I’ve ever been to. I thought maybe once or twice, maybe new people or something, but it is every time. Only typing this in hopes that the feedback creates a better process for better results for this store.

Stopped in to get donuts for my kids around 10:50 AM. My husband ordered a black coffee, and I decided to try a Matcha latte. The place was busy, but the line was moving smoothly. I placed my order at 10:52 AM.

The woman at the register was coughing into her sleeve, which she then used to grab the donuts and put them in the bag. I politely asked her to avoid putting her sleeve in the bag and requested a fresh donut due to her coughing. After that, I waited for my drinks—a medium hot black coffee and a medium Matcha latte.

By 11:12 AM, I still didn’t have my Matcha latte, so I asked for a refund. Suddenly, they were able to make my drink, but I declined and insisted on my money back.

Unfortunately, this isn’t the first disappointing experience I’ve had at this location, but it will be my last.
