Firebirds Wood Fired Grill

This was our first time there. It was busy, but they did a good job keeping things moving. Everything we ordered was great and came out in a reasonable amount of time. Our server did a great job and was very friendly. We'll definitely be going back.

My food didn't come out the way it was supposed to be. My potatoes barely had peppers and my sandwich wasn't as described.

I'm sure everyone has their bad days and I believe we just got them on their bad day. To start off the server dumped water all over me, I get it stuff happens, then we sit and wait for a half hour to get the bread and butter. After we ordered, the appetizers came out with the sides we had for our entree so our sides were cold when we got our entree. One steak was cooked too little and the other was cooked too much, when we asked to have the steak that was cooked too little to be heated a bit more they then torched it and it was inedible. Finally our deserts that were a part of our entree came out about an hour after we finished and they charged it like it was a separate dessert instead of part of the entree. After all the things that went wrong we were then given the checks and they showed we had to pay full price for everything even after the waiter said they would get some things taken off for the inconvenience of everything that happened. We ended up having to ask the manager to take things off for how bad everything was. Finally, because of how long everything took, we missed our next (non refundable) reservation because of everything that happened when we would've definitely made it if it all went right, but I digress, I hope others have a better experience and we just got a one off.

I often take customers to this location, and other locations in other cities. The food is always consistent. Our server was excellent as well!

Food not at its best. They were completely out of bread. My husband's Tomahawk pork chop was very dry not medium at all. I ordered the salmon salad and the salad was soggy and the salmon was dry and thin. very disappointed. Will consider going back for a while.

We usually have a great experience at Firebirds but tonight was the absolute worst. After spending over $140 for the two of us we really were disappointed. They did not have any bread and nothing was offered in place of it. Our wings had hot sauce on them which we specifically said no sauce. Waitress apologized and said if we wanted a new order it would take a long time because the kitchen was so backed up. Our sirloin salads were rare and undercooked , very little lettuce and just not the same as we always enjoyed in the past. It's as if the kitchen staff was very new and rather inefficient. Very reluctant to return. There are better places to have a more enjoyable meal for $140

Our waiter was friendly, helpful, and patient. There were 7 of us at lunch. We each ordered something different, and everyone liked his/her food. We all loved the wood fire smell in the restaurant. Great place!

Always a GREAT place to have dinner !!! The wood-fired Salmon was perfectly cooked, thorough, but not overdone.

Our server, Olivia, was absolutely wonderful. Very nice, very attentive. Just excellent service.

From the moment we stepped inside untold the moment we left, every person we encountered was professional and pleasant. The service was excellent and our dinner was delicious. We will definitely visit again.

Salad & food came out close together. Not ideal but not waitresses fault. Food was still hot so no complaints. Good food. Great waitress who acknowledged the issue (refreshing).

Returned after a several months hiatus due to really slow service and inconsistent quality. Decided to try last night and had a very good experience. Food was prepared exactly as ordered and turnaround was reasonable. In the past the restaurant had also been too cold for even those in our party who like it chillier than most. Thankfully, not the case on this visit. Will put it back in the dining out rotation!

Graham was our waiter and he was outstanding. Very attentive and polite. I had the chicken and it was somewhat dry. My partner had the salmon and shrimp which was delicious.

Our table was ready when we arrived. Our waitress was pleasant, very friendly and accomodating. She told us all the new items tat weren't on the menu. A very pleasant experience. The food was exceptional. Thank you

Great place to grab an early dinner. Staff was great. Took amazing care of us for our 8th anniversary
