This is the worst experience I have ever had at a store in Pittsburgh.We walked in at 8:48 pm on a Saturday, thinking it closed at 9:00 pm according to Google. When we asked the employee, who was busy mopping, if the store was closing soon, she grudgingly said it would close in 10 minutes. Then, when we asked if we could still place an order, she sighed loudly and reluctantly went back to the counter. Throughout the entire ordering process, she refused to answer our questions, not willing to look at us, and pretended not to understand English. It felt like she wanted us to leave the store as quickly as possible.Luckily, we weren't the last customers to arrive before closing time. Another group came in, and the lady started sighing and shaking her head repeatedly. After we finished our ice cream, she threw the scoop into the sink loudly, embarrassing both us and the other customers. It was like she was saying we shouldn't have even bothered coming in before the official closing time.Honestly, I would be completely okay if she had told us right from the start that we were too late and the counter was closed, so we could understand and leave. However, it's completely unacceptable that she agreed to take our order and then showed a bad attitude towards us.If she want to leave at 9:00 pm, she should just close the door at 8:30 pm to finish their cleaning, instead of treating customers with such disrespect.

So glad to have found this cute and tasty ice cream shop. Amazing flavors to choose from. The mint chip is the best I've ever had. Never tried Pistachio before and so glad I did. Excellent customer service. Can't wait to go back.

Millie's catered our wedding and did an amazing job. We worked with Aimee and she was very responsive, professional, and friendly. We picked 3 flavors which came with a variety of toppings. We were worried because we had booked another ice cream vendor who happened to not work out, thankfully Millie's saved the day just a few months before our wedding. Very happy all around!

The coffee ice cream is disappointing. Millie's used fro have a Vietnamese Coffee ice cream that was the best. My wife got peanut butter chip, very little flavor. We won't be back. We used to go to the one in Shadyside it's no longer worth the trip. It's on par with Brusters. Nothing special Tellamook grocery store ice cream is so much better
They have the best homemade ice cream in the burgh.

Probably some of the best ice cream I've ever had Food service was amazing and the staff were top tier! I will agree with some other reviews, it is on the pricier side but that all gets made up for with their customer service and astounding quality ice cream!

First time at Millie’s it was wonderful! Their pistachio ice cream was excellent. I had never before heard of Millie’s but I will have to go back.
So good and SO CUTE inside. The gentleman who helped us was very kind and it was such a nice atmosphere. Can’t believe how delicious the brownie batter was, I want to try every flavor now
