New Dragon Express Reviews
⭐️ one start at best!
We went there for dinner last night and was very disappointed. The eggs rolls were good but the hibatchi dinner we had was horrible. The rice had barely any flavor, my chicken was over cooked, and the vegetables had zero flavor. You could tell they were frozen vegetables and they were not to temperature- nothing like cold veggies. The Yum Yum sauce tasted like Mayo. My husband and I will not be going back.

I was told by the manager they do not deliver to my place of employment right now. I’m sorry you chose to deliver to a resident that does not tip your driver. I always ordered a large amount of food and tipped very well. 15 or 20 dollars for delivery. I will never call again for any reason from now on I will call Silk Road. Your restaurant lost a number of good customers for your ignorance. I was put on hold twice to be told no food or service was offered Thank you

New Dragon Express offers a variety of Chinese and sushi dishes, with mixed reviews from customers. The egg fu yung is highly praised, with many enjoying its sauce. The triple delight is considered good, and the portion sizes are generally large. Some customers appreciate the fresh sushi, especially the Dinosaur Roll Plate, which features crispy tempura and melt-in-the-mouth seafood. The side salad, wonton soup, and hot tea are often highlighted as excellent, and the ambiance is described as clean and bright, making for a pleasant dining environment. Service quality varies; attentive service is noted when staff are available, but recent visits have experienced longer waits, especially at the cashier, due to staff being rushed or overextended. As a result, some customers prefer takeout, which is quick and reliable. However, not all food items meet expectations; the general Tso’s chicken is often described as not crispy, and Thai food is a "hard pass" for some. The sushi, in particular, receives mixed reviews—some find it fresh and flavorful, while others find it subpar, with undercooked rice and raw tuna smelling off. Overall, New Dragon Express is a place with good portions and decent food, but service and consistency can be inconsistent.
