As a Columbus native, I am excited to have Cane's in Pittsburgh! Despite being busy at 6 pm on a week night, I did not have to wait to order and food was ready in 4 minutes. Seating was hard to come by but I snagged a spot. Staff are trying to keep the restaurant clean but struggling with the dinner rush. I will note the sauce and size of chicken have shrunk - but I haven't had Cane's in years so that may not be specific to this location. Music is loud and the place is full of high schoolers but the chicken is fantastic.

The chicken fingers are super fresh and all white meat. The chicken breading doesn't have a lot of flavor, but that's what the sauce is for, and it's delicious. Fries and garlic bread are delicious as well. I like coleslaw but theirs is just ok in my book.They only have a few menu items here, so if you don't want chicken strips, then you should go somewhere else.They have chicken strips with only one sauce (their own sauce), a chicken sandwich, coleslaw, fries and garlic bread.....that's the whole menu. It's not a lot of choices, but what they do make is very tasty.

So happy they brought this chain to PA. Even when they have a long line you won’t be waiting forever. Restaurant quality food for fast food prices and speed. Sauce is very good, and they must be sprinkling something in their fanta cause it’s the best orange Fanta I’ve ever had! Staff was so friendly and kind, very quick with getting you your order. Hope to see more pop up!

Not worth your time. Not worth the hype. Everything tasted like old, burnt grease. The chicken was flavorless. The fries were so limp and greasy it was embarrassing. They were beyond atrocious. Coleslaw was bland. Glad we tried it but we won't ever be back. Yuck.

First time ever having Raising Cane’s. We received our food within 3 minutes of ordering even with it being busy for lunch. Chicken was super hot, their signature sauce is delicious, bread was so good, fries were good - nothing special about them. LOVE that their ice is the little balls. Will definitely be back in the future.

my tenders taste like cigarettes. i am going to demand new tenders. they smell and taste like someone fully cooked them in cigarettes. ri effing diculous!!! the service was fine expect for a worker who kept saying she's watching me and dancing. if i could give this a zero review i would........ rather eat roadkill.

Got a combo box. It was hot and fresh. The staff was all friendly and the food came out quickly. Also the caine sauce makes the whole thing complete. We went through the drive thru. The lines were long but we didn't wait longer than expected.

I’m sorry but this is the worst experience I’ve had at a raising canes. Please change the oil you are frying in. My chicken tenders tasted like cigarettes and I couldn’t not get the taste out of my mouth. I ended up spitting it out. My husband was gagging from the smell. Everything was super unseasoned. The fries were mushy and undercooked. Even the “leprechaun lemonade” was absolutely bland and disgusting. We also waited 30 minutes in the drive-thru. This location is not worth the hype.

I have been sitting in the drive thru for 45 minutes. NEVER AGAIN! I will go out of my way to go to Chic fil A over this wait. I couldn’t even escape out of line. Honestly, it’s not worth this.
