This place closes well before their posted hours. I came an hour before the time that was written on the door (10pm), and the person working there was pretty rude telling me they were closed.

The place is filthy. The women’s bathroom is broken. The men’s bathroom has no toilet paper and overflowing garbage. The tables are crusty with dirt. The coke in the fountain machine is out of order. The lids are not well stocked. I ran my card through and added a tip. The cashier said they don’t get those tips. Do not come here.

The whole thing about Subway you see your sandwich made right in front of you they have shields now blocking so you can't see your sandwich then the lady started telling me she was out of things I couldn't even tell if she was telling me the truth or she didn't feel like opening up a new package whole thing came off awkward so I just left

Did an online order and waited 15 minutes til app said it was ready.Went into the store and got attitude from the girl at the register when I asked if this is always the process to not get food made until coming in and she told me she was too busy yet only one person in store and when I walked in she was leaning not doing anything, horrible customer service!

Staff is rude. I've been there a few times and recently used the coupon. The staff badgered my son when he went in to pick up the order yelling at him telling him that they don't accept coupons. If he would have told me this when it happened instead of the day after I would have went back in and said something to the staff. Whoever owns this place needs to step up. The place is dirty, the staff are rude, things are broken within the facility like the hand sanitizer, credit card processor. It looks like the food sits out for quite a while when you look at the vegetables. I wouldn't go there again or trust it.

Walked in 40 minutes before close and the workers was already mopping the floors. He asked if I was a door dasher and when I said no, he told me he was closed. When I asked what time the store closes since it’s posted as 10pm, he chuckled and said “I’m closing now.”

Do not advertise your business as being open until 9pm if you are going to close before that. If you want to close at 8:30pm then have your posted hours reflect that and don't leave your door unlocked for potential customers to come in. I don't appreciate you wasting my time. We will not bother coming back no matter what time it is.

The tall woman at the counter is unpleasant to say the least. She treats you like you're a burden to her. We use the buy one get one free coupon today and she literally yelled at my son that we can't use it anymore even though it's valid and the store accepts it. Go to the one on Miller's run they're nice people.

The food was okay, but I probably won't be coming back to this location. I saw a lot of odd things going on here.They dont accept coupons, which was half the reason I came here in the first place. While I was ordering, I could tell lots of the vegetable toppings had been sitting out (probably since lunch) and were starting to brown or wilt. Other topping containers were totally empty. By the register, there was a broken hand sanitizer wall mount. When I went to pay, I saw the card reader was lulling back away from me. I realized that the mount must have snapped, so I had to hold it into place just to pay. The employee asked me if I'd like a drink or chips. When I looked at the drink machine, I could see there was a leak that constantly poured water into the basin. I felt bad for the one employee working. (Seemingly with no manager on site) She was nice, but obviously, the owner doesn't care about this location.I came to the store around 5 pm. Some of these issues can be expected around closing, but that was not the case for this visit.

Terrible store, terrible owner, terrible service!!!!!!!This place needs to become an independent sub shop and not a Subway franchise. They’re an embarrassment to Subway. I placed an online order and it was canceled by the store. I called the store and they said they don’t participate in the buy one get one free sub. They need to let corporate Subway know because they show up specifically on the list of participating subways for the offer. I will never go back to this location, if I ever order subway again. Too many other better options out there!
