Ordered through the app to get the points, & it wouldn't let me choose in-store pickup as an option, so we opted for the drive-through.
Order was displayed wrong on the screen at the order speaker/microphone... it was a $14 total, and we got $ 40-something worth of food.
Line/wait was ridiculous, & it was obvious they didn't start to prep our order until we were at the window.
Employee said, "Oh shit," as she almost spilled all of our drinks in an overloaded drink carrier.
Also, they forgot our frozen strawberry drink... when I asked for it, the employee at the window insisted it wasn't on the order, but she would "give it to me free anyway."
I have the screenshot attached where it is clearly part of a combo.
When I showed her it was on my order, I got an "uh-uh, sure" attitude. ?
To be fair, I guess I DID have time to "photoshop" up a fake receipt and email it to myself while I waited in line.
The cheese in my daughter's cheesy roll-ups wasn't even melted.
There was about 4 whole chips & a few crumbs in my chips & cheese side.
It wasn't a great visit right out of the gate. You guys need to go see how Chick-fil-A runs a fast food joint and take some notes, especially with the politeness and customer service.
Don't run for this border because you will be sitting & waiting anyway.
*** UPDATE: ***
The most recent experience was worse than the first. Ordered through the app, had cheesy roll-ups & a quesadilla on the order. Got to the speaker, gave name for order, pulled up to the window & were told... "Uh, so the steamer is broken and we can't make the quesadilla or cheesy roll-ups."
We're not offered other food or a refund.
I asked for a refund, & they could not give me one at the store because I ordered through the app.
We spent nearly $50 and got nothing for it. The manager and the kid at the window were arguing about HOW TO SPELL BRIDGEVILLE when they were trying to use the Taco Bell app on my phone to initiate communication through the "contact us" portion of the app.
It was Saturday on Labor Day weekend, and it took my wife calling the 800 number Tuesday to finally get a refund from "Steve" somewhere across the planet. ?
The managers should be able to push a refund through the app, and they should be able to indicate to the app that certain items were not available. I get that that was out of their control... But their refusal to offer solutions like other food or coupons for our trouble were wild. Also, the kid at the window basically calling his manager a dumbass, although astute and correct, was unprofessional at least.
Despite living close by I will drive to Cochran Road, Washington, or literally any other Taco Bell location before coming here again.
Every fast food location in Bridgeville could close and I would still not go back here.
Do better. Train your people, or hire managers who are good with the public and aren't idiots. Fix the app.

Used to frequent the establishment. Until you have to wait 25 mins for 3 tacos and the manager is a total idiot who blames it on me for choosing the resturant.

All signage on the restaurant states that the hours are 9 am - 12 am
Always clean and bright here and my two bean burritos with extra onions didn't disappoint ? ?

Horrible management. Called over a simple question and so called manager gave me an attitude sounded like a high schooler. Won't be coming back here ever again.

I had an issue with my Uber eats order (I 100% believe the issue was with the driver, not the restaurant). Malcom from this location actually took time out of his night shift to call and verify that my second delivery went well. I’ve literally never had a restaurant call and make sure my food was delivered safely/properly. That was so nice of him. Thanks again, Malcolm

The app didn't work. I could only order on a kiosk. No one is available to answer questions. Food was great but this idiot comes in and blast the volume on his device watching a show.

Some days this place knocks it out of the park, other days the food is meh. Overall a solid Taco Bell.

Too bad there are no negative stars. They do not greet at all.
They do not acknowledge any customers.
They do not fill orders right.
They gaslight. Part of order was done wrong. Upon calling they claim crunchwrap in particular did not include tortilla shells.
I said bye and hung up. They refused to answer.
Thought the one on Greentree road was bad. This one works on competing with them for worst store. Noblestown store is the only one to go to
