Food was good but there were a group of us getting mad because they were extremely slow helping us. We stood there for a good 35 mins BEFORE they even acknowledge us and took our order...then another 20-25 mins waiting on our food...Their full attention was set on the online orders and drive-thru..before anyone in house was taken care of...the orders coming in on line were huge and they were unable to handle it. We stopped here on the way back from Brighton rehab to get some dinner on the way. Service was a little slow. We paid at the first window. The gentleman working was very nice. Got to the second window. The girls that were working were very nice. Our order was correct and they even threw in a cookie for taking a little bit long. It looks like we kind of hit in the middle of a rush. There were probably four cars or five cars in front of us. All in all I would go back.
I gave this particular location 5 stars because they have my vote for outstanding service. Now I don't ever eat fast food but on this particular occasion I went in after work to get me and my co worker a frosty and the nice girl at the order counter gave them to me for free because I was waiting for only a few minutes. Now maybe it's because I'm handsome but regardless I give this location big props.
