“This was my first time ordering and the reviews don't do it justice, you have to go! The people make the food with love and it the quality ingredients show they care! Two people got two halves each - it was lunch for 2 daysKid-friendliness: Browse the market photos - chips, brisk tea etc all available just know what you want, makes it easier“
“The Hoagie ring is fantastic for parties. Everyone loves them. They are always delicious and you can get half of 1/2 of another which makes it very easy and affordable one hoagie ring feeds 20 people easyThe potato salad is absolutely homemade with zero artificial taste“
“I get the four-piece fried chicken combo: breast, Wing, leg & thigh with fries for only $7.99. it's always good.....the pieces of chicken are a little small, but what do you expect for only $7.99....they do give you a lot of fries - they're crinkle cut fries and they're always good too....so overall I think it's the best deal around for the price!!“
“One of my favorite places! Their breakfast, service, lunch, everything is amazing!!! I love their white fish, pancakes, breakfast sandwiches, omlettes. My baby loves it here too! I keep coming back so they’re doing something right! Make sure to get bagels and homemade cream cheese to take home! Chive is my favorite ??Parking: Parking out front, in a plazaKid-friendliness: High chairs available !“
“Without exception, this is the best Deli (catering too) on the east coast. If you're looking for a great sandwich on great bread, this is your place. Prepared food is top notch too. Genuinely surprised there aren't more of these around, but that speaks to the family aspect. Joe Chiarello struck gold here, and his family has kept the standard as high all these years. A genuine gem.“
“I used Christopher’s Catering for a corporate event with about 150 people in attendance. Chris was very easy to work with, and there was zero hassle in the planning. The food was amazing and I had many compliments on the choice of caterer. Chicken parm was a big favorite. There was a catering staff member on site early to set up and he stayed throughout the event. He took care of everything. I would highly recommend and would be glad to hire them for an event in the future.“
“I can't tell you how happy I am to have found delicious Polish food in South Jersey! Golabki, kielbasi, pierogi were all delicious and I am definitely going to be going back often! The Golabki are the closest thing to how my mom made them. White Eagle Foods“
“I had hoagies from a lot of places throughout Northeast Philly to South Philly and in between. Point is, this is the mecca of Italian Hoagies. Grateful they made their way up to my old neighborhood. The hoagie is stacked with enough meat that a half will probaly fill you up. Quality and quantity is hard to be beat.“
“I walked in after walking around creek road, I was greeted, saw people talking to each other, ordered my food and a coffee. Coffee is self serve which is a big plus for me. I tried the coffee and was surprised at how good it was for it being from a deli. I ordered a turkey Sandwich and it came out within 3 minutes of ordering, and tasted amazing. It was 11 dollars but it was better than some other places that charge more so I wasn't at all disappointed. Well worth it! Please go“
“I live in Piscataway NJ but work in Trenton…I ordered a hoagie(we call them subs where I reside) from this location and all I can say is..WOW!!!!!..DELICIOUS!!!!!!.I have ordered sub sandwiches from local eateries where I reside…and this place here, has them all beat…Thankyou for introducing me to the best hoagie sandwich in NJ.“
“The new Deli Fresh Deli in the Penndel Shopping Center is the creation of local hero Johnny G, who has operated many kitchen eateries in the vicinity. He took over and remade a former Subway, bringing full delicatessen sensibility and local color to a commercial zone that really needed a bright coat of paint. Johnny was on hand to take my order yesterday and introduced himself. I got the short story version of his colorful restaurant history, and I realized that I had eaten in his former place on Brownsville Road a few times and enjoyed it tremendously. My expectations rose accordingly. The large front window sign proclaimed the roast beef, turkey and pork were all roasted on site. Good enough suggestion to order a large Roast Beef Hoagie (w provolone, lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo, hot pepper hash and sweets) on a handsome sesame seeded long torpedo roll. Wrapped tight in white, and our conversation concluded (after sampling the tortellini salad), I drove home to open it up on the kitchen table. First glance at the stuffed sub and my salivaries exploded. It was visually compelling. First bite confirmed that it all worked together perfectly to tantalize my tastebuds. It was a tremendous chomp and chew. Excellent crustiness, followed by folded layers of pink roast beef, provolone and all the rest. This was a mouth party to beat the band. Texture and flavor combined to have me close my eyes and savor the moment. I managed to eat about a third of it, and rolled up the remainder for later enjoyment and family sharing. Deli Fresh is the real deal for Italian style deli delights. They even have a pickle barrel for those who love cukes soured in brine. Its time is now.“
“It seems like a nice Italian Deli with what seems to be quality products. I went there for the first time to find those big martini olives. They have the right size olives but I bought the ones in the cold display case which still have the pits in them ?.There was a customer already there who was friendly and made it a welcoming experience. The employees were...well...working...so no warm greeting.Since the place was recommended by a few folks, I ordered a Tonno Tuna sandwhich. It contained VERY little tuna. For $10.95 I guess I was expecting at least half a can of tuna on it.I guess WaWa and Gaetano 's have my expectations too high ?. The hoagie roll was fresh and tasty so next time ( yup, next time) I'll grab the pre-made stuff.Overall not disappointed but now with a different mindset.“
“I am addicted to their bacon, egg and cheese breakfast sandwiches. I stopped in one morning for one, now I find myself eating them for my routine breakfast everyday just about. When I think of community based Crown Deli takes the cake of being a place that has a special place in Morrell. Great food and most importantly great people who never disappoint when it comes to hospitality and service!“
“THIS IS A QUESTION ❓ DOES THEY SPEAK ENGLISH? only ask because when I go to a Polish food place they can't understand English so I describe to them what I'm looking for or what things are. So it's helpful if they are bilingual. Thank youI give 5 star just don't want the place to look bad since I've never been.“
“Today first time here because I argued with my wife and went out from home ,I was angry and mad and I accidentally stopped this placeTo eat ,really good food and service , it’s so rare to see nowadays place like this with good ppl and real foodBy the way coffee coast only 1$Muffin was good omg.Now I feel lot better , I’ll go home and say sorry to my wife . Now I know where to go if I’m hungry and mad for me wife .“
“Aside from the smaller than expected portions, food was excellent. Counter service very friendly. Philly hosgies were very good. Can't beat the bread. Don't forget the pound cake for dessert. A tasty one of a kind! Well worth a visit.“
“Our go-to stops for soups and hoagies! People rave for their sandwiches every time we bring them to tailgates or serve at parties as a hoagie tray. They're friendly when calling ahead to pick up the order! They have chips, pickles, and drinks too, making it an easy one-stop-shop for lunch on the go!“
“Well take it from me you should definitely make a trip to this Deli there's not one thing that I got there that wasn't top-notch the wings the chili the homemade macaroni salad I could go on and on and on their Hoagies is to die for is worth stopping by you will not be disappointed“
“If you are looking for a place to eat Dominican food, this is the perfect place, and I tell you why, 1 -The food tastes good 2- the kindness of the ladies who serve the food and even the guy who is in the waiting area. pay, the staff that works there is very attentive, 3 they serve you well, 4 - the most important thing is the price of the food. I recommend this place.“
“Just finished our Christmas dinner (ham from Pulaski's). This was easily the best ham I've ever had and one of my top 5 Christmas dinners ever. Service was fantastic, people are great. We will be back. Seriously looking for any excuse to get another one. I'm still full from dinner but already thinking about tomorrow's leftover ham sammy.“
“If my hair was bleached blonde and spikey, I would say that this place is the real deal taco joint that you gotta check out. If I wore bowling shirts and gold chains, I would say that this is the funky little dive for your authentic Mexican eats. It 's El Changarro in Bensalem Pennsylvania. I'm proof that you can get fat on cocaine.“

“Frey's Deli & Pizza sits in a small strip center on northbound Lincoln Highway (Rt.1) in Penndel, PA. It is an unassuming place with a few tables, a big front window, and prep area in the back for pizza and takeout. There isn't much in the way of provisions in the refrigerated display case, but what they do have is either made inhouse or Dietz & Watson. I asked about their tuna salad, and was advised it was prepared fresh that morning and a popular seller. Good enough for me, I went with a whole hoagie with lettuce, plus sweet/hot peppers. Opened it back at the office. It was heavy in the wrap paper, and substantial upon opening. Not only was the tuna as good as advertised, but the roll had a nice crust and texture that was a pleasure to bite through. Quality sandwich all the way. Tasty, and not the least bit fishy. Just enough mayo to hold everything together and blend perfectly with all the ingredients. One of the better deli sammies of recent memory. Prices were good, too. Only downside - there wasn't much to chose from in the drink department. Definitely would benefit from more selection for washdown. But, other than that, Frey's was a very pleasant surprise nosh.“
“Place was in need of repairs, over all the food was really good, the breakfast at $8, is full course meat eggs, potatoes, coffee, toastits ,cooked in front of you ...after the remodel and more booths this place will be a strong contender of a place to eat in the area“
“when i walked in i was genuinely shocked. the place is amazing it’s like 3 different restaurants in one. dessert, spanish, and italian. the atmosphere is also amazing. out back is very clean with beautiful furniture. this isn’t even all of it. seriously guys. shout to tony man. a real cool guyKid-friendliness: ice cream and cookies? that’s all i gotta say.“
“For starters the feeling when you go in felt like going to have a meal at a family house . The elderly woman at the register felt like my grandma was asking us what we wanted to eat , she was very sweet . The mozzarella sticks were delicious everything was fresh and the cannolis were literally to die for !!! The Sicilian sandwhich was great as well“
