I tried this food truck at the 1675 distillery one Saturday. I had been following their Instagram for a while since that's where they post their weekly schedule and menu! The birria tacos were so amazing, I went the following weekend to get them again!! My boyfriend had gotten the street tacos with chicken which he said were very good especially with the homemade hot sauce they provide. I can't wait to go to this food truck again!
I'm so glad I stumbled upon this Food Trucks page on social media! They let me call ahead to place my order. (Though they accept cards, paying cash saves you the extra fee.) The menu may be small and simple, but the flavors and portions are all there! I tried the Birria tacos (shredded beef), the Al pastor street tacos (pork),and the Tostadas de tinga (shredded chicken)!
