Crazy bread had no dough and was so hard the pizza was soggy and I waited long for my food! And they didn’t even know how to add the combo to my pizza they said it was unavailable! Every time I go I have to ask them to put gloves on won’t be back!

DO NOT COME HERE! I placed an order online for pick up, paid for stuffed crust pizzas, a regular Pepsi, and wings. When I got home I found out that I pizzas were not stuffed crust but regular hot and ready pizzas and still got charged for crust stuffed. In top of that, I paid for regular Pepsi, and they only had one cherry Pepsi. Website is definitely not updated and the customer service is horrible!.

Yesterday10/22 I placed an online order for 3 pizzas to be picked up 10/23 @ 11:30am. After placing the order I called the store numerous times with no one picking up to confirm my order and a change I needed to make. I then went up to the store a few hours later and was greeted by a man behind the counter in flip flops who had no idea how to check on my order. He got the owner who helped me cancel the existing order and showed me how to replace my order in the app for pick the next day. The owner then confirmed my order, printed out the receipt and and told me everything was good. Now today I called their store over 20 times and no one picked up. The app said my order was still in the confirmed status. Go to pick up the food up at the scheduled time and the doors are locked with the lights out. No one was in the store and the sign on the door says open at 11am. Can’t even cancel the order on the app either and still no one is picking up the phone almost 2 hours later. Bad business especially when it was the owner who confirmed my order in person.

This place is horrible. It says they close at 9pm, I made an online order for pick up, I was charged and website said food was ready for pickup. When I arrived, it was closed!!! All I saw was a guy in the back cleaning completely ignoring me and didn’t even had the decency to open the door or explain anything to me. Never got my money or order back smh….. never buying from here again. Why take in orders and close early???? I don’t get it
The absolute worst customer service ever. I call 10 times no answer. Ok... I go there. The guy has an attitude. Tell him what I want he acts like he can't hear me. Mind you I'm talking louder than ever. He has an earpiece in of course that's why you can't hear me. He gives me my order I drive away I look in the boxes pepperoni Pizza. I come back tell him he must have order up show me the receipt where it says cheese pizza clearly. He has an attitude. Another lady comes in asks for a foodie slams it on the counter and walks away. Like dude if you hate your job don't work there.
