I recently tried Passanante's Home Food Services and was extremely disappointed with their service. The rep was terrible. Not only did they hit me with an outrageous freezer fee, but the charges for their meat were completely absurd. It felt like a complete rip-off, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Don’t let them in your house.

Truly the best food I have ever had at home, delivered AND they put it away and what amazed me is they rotated the older stuff just like a restaurant, Their customer service is phenomenalIf you are a busy family that loves great meats I encourage you to call them.

RUN AS QUICK AND FAR AS YOU CAN FROM THIS SERVICE!Any company that does not let you review the paperwork/contract and tells you it’s proprietary, is just a big red flag!Great in concept, but the devil is in the details! Essentially you are buying 6 months of food at 1 time (without knowing the cost of anything), then they want to lure you in to buy a supposed $3600 freezer to store it and tell you it’s the same price monthly if you get it or don’t get it.The devil is in the details though that you are financing the food (and the freezer) at %21+ and there is some kind of multi year commitment I am sure we did not get to before the kid got visibly irritated with my questions and just walked out.They setup a time for dinner time and then rescheduled for almost 8pm. This kid was in my house until 10pm before he got irritated and left because I asked hard questions like - - what if I do not want to buy your freezer.- can I commit to a shorter interval to try the service out- can I see the paperworkIt was very clear at the end they want you to sign up for a 3yr commitment for $7k a year in food plus another $3600 for a freezer. But they do not want to share the prices or paperwork they are building your order because they want to avoid questions and constantly remind you how much convenience and money you will save.When you say this is a big ask that you need to think out the numbers, they get upset and say “ you said you wanted to change your life” and act like you wasted their time and storm out.

They almost got me, buyer beware. They do not disclose individual meat cost, they try to con you into something that sounds more affordable then your monthly spending budget on food, but I did a comparison with their order to wild fork and my food source was $2100 cheaper for the same quality flash frozen American farm raised meat. They also tried to con me into spending $5000 on a $1200 freezer. Nothing made sense after ran the numbers so I cancelled in my 3 day cancelation period.

Always a great experience ordering our food and meeting with reps. So far Morgan and Allan have been great connecting with! The food quality has never let us down, been ordering for 2 years and no plans to stop. Passanante's has been an amazing addition to our family, for quality and convenience. And of course, customer service has always been phenomenal- from ordering to delivery.

I am very upset. We stopped by Passanante's Home Food Service at the outdoor expo last weekend. I highly enjoyed their food. Set up an appointment for them to come over. Got 2 confirmation calls in 2 days. At 5:50 a car pulled up in our driveway, then backed out and drove away. We had never seen that vehicle before but didn't think anything of it. We waited outside for the person to show. No one showed, no phone calls nothing. I call the last number to call yesterday back, and an older guy calls me back. He first said that the guy came and no one was home. Then when I said we have been here, he then says that the house was "in disarray". Oh boy did I get mad, I said yes because we are moving!!! He said where are you moving to? I said not sure yet because we have to get the house ready to sell and we have kids. I got so mad I told hubby yes it was that guy who pulled in and left. I told the guy that's so disrespectful I can't believe you would even say that and I am not interested. Hung up. Well they definitely didn't want someone to buy their food. Way to judge a person by their yard.Why in the world do people have to be sooo disrespectful and rude???
