The restaurant displayed one price on the menu but charged a higher amount at checkout. They did not disclose any service or other fees beforehand, and only provided an itemized receipt after payment. I believe this constitutes deceptive pricing under Pennsylvania’s Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Law.”
